Lake Morey Masterpiece

What an amazing home with so much space. The location is perfect for day trips to Stowe, Woodstock, and many others, but also offers an amazing lake view, trails, and more. Fairlee is a lovely community as well. We can’t say enough about the homeowners- Laura was a great host. She was very responsive, provided suggestions in the area, and was a pleasure to work with. Fall in Vermont is a must see! ”

Stunning Property - Fantastic Host!

The posted pictures are beautiful… but they don’t do the Lake Morey Masterpiece justice! We visited Lake Morey in late October to tour New England with two other couples… and while sightseeing throughout New England was fun and beautiful we couldn’t wait to return home at the end of each day to enjoy the spectacular accommodations. Laura Tucker (owner) couldn’t have been more warm, welcoming and accommodating during our visit. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations of places to visit and see while visiting the area. If you are going to be in the area you should definitely place the Lake More Masterpeice on your watch list!”

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

This home is amazing. It is warm, inviting, and everything is perfectly done. The weather turned out to be dreary but it did not matter because the home was so comfortable. We sat around the fire every night and enjoyed many memorable meals together. Laura was an incredible host!”

Fabulous home right on lake Morley VT

We can not speak more highly about the quality of this loved home on the lake. It was late in the season but had one polar bear swim. 5 mile walk around the lake is fascinating. Laura, the owner, could not have been more friendly and helpful! 2 fireplaces with tons of dry wood. Sleeping porches, canoe and kayaks. We felt like we were their houseguests and they were our invisible hosts! Couldn’t have been nicer. ”

Beautiful Vermont

We had an absolutely fabulous family vacation With our 2 daughters, their husbands and 4 grandchildren 2 and under. Laura and Neil were fabulous hosts; sharing their very well decorated, equipped and stunning home in a bucolic setting. We loved the home and all its beauty, however it was offered in a very cold month. The area would be better to visit in the fall or warmer months. Some places we visited were limited because of weather, ice and snow. However, what we did visit was lovely such as Quechee, Woodstock and Hanover. We flew into Lebanon and it was an easy drive. We prepared some meals at home and groceries were near the airport. The owners were lovely via text and emails sharing information about the home and the area. Vermont is a beautiful state. ”

Lovely Lake Morey

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable with wonderful details throughout. It was as if you were at your own private resort! We enjoyed all the area has to offer (hiking, biking, canoeing, paddle boarding, tennis, and even swimming). Evenings were great with cozy fires indoors and outdoors, spectacular star gazing, and delicious dinners prepared in the gourmet kitchen. There are also a number of very good small restaurants in the area. Thank you Laura and Neil for a wonderful week!”
