My family and I loved our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen, this was our second visit, and it once again met everything you expect from the Ritz-Carlton brand. We traveled with family and grandparents, and the residence was exceptionally comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy for everyone to relax and feel at home. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff. Every interaction was genuine, kind, and highly professional. This was always my dream to go to Aspen. It was off season for skiing but that was fine. We hiked and visited various local attractions. The Ritz had nightly wine or Bourbon tastings from Woody Creek. The 2 bedroom was so large, we were 2 couples. The staff were amazing!”

Very Nice Well Appointed Villa

We enjoyed our 2BR Villa overlooking the slopes and it was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The concierge and bell staff were outstanding. Many amenities at the resort were closed (restaurant, pool, hot tub, spa) which we were notified us prior to check-in, but not at the time of booking. Since it was only 3 keys for off season, it was still well worth it and we had a great time ! First class property and Aspen was beautiful. ”

This property was awesome! The 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was beautiful, clean and fully equipped properly. Daily cleaning and turn down service was provided. Beautiful views of Aspen from our balcony and while walking grounds. The dining on property was first class, staff was very professional and personable. Bellman staff for 24/7 assistance. They provided a shuttle to and from downtown Aspen every 30 minutes from 8am-10pm. We also loved spending time at the heated pool area. Our concierge -Carli contacted me before our visit. She provided local sightseeing and event information. After reviewing her suggestions Carli set up a daily itinerary that was exactly what we wanted-it was perfect! She made us dinner reservations and was available for any additional assistance. She even gave us a sweet parting gift. The Ritz - Carlton had special daily events on property-Guest Artist, Wine tastings and my favorite the 5:45-6:00 Manhattan Cocktails in the lobby. The Ritz - Carlton Aspen is in our top 3 vacations! Top Notch

There’s a reason the Ritz has a recognizable brand and is known world wide. Our stay was 5 stars all around. The condo was large and spacious, the staff always attentive and any amenity a guest would need was offered. We biked, e-bikes to Maroon Bells, to town, went horseback riding , visited Ashcroft ghost town and enjoyed the great restaurants in town and the one on property. There is a complimentary shuttle to town for guests. Thank you to the helpful owner and for offering this wonderful week. ”

Only disappointment was this particular unit 8404 is in a weird part of the building with very limited light, no outdoor space, very dark. Didn’t matter we were only there for six days. We had a lot to do. We had a great time.”

Ski vacation perfection

This was our 4th trip to the Ritz Aspen, and it is always delightful. We are made to feel welcome and appreciated. And even though we were there after Aspen Highlands had closed for the season (we skied closing day), the connections to AJAX and Snowmass were easy. The mountains were uncrowded and the sun shining. We enjoyed meeting Ritz members at the various cocktails and events. For the first time, we stayed at the White River Lodge building. I always th ought Elkhorn was the better building but now that I’ve experienced White River Lodge, I can attest that both are excellent. We enjoy exploring new ski resorts and go in multiple trips per year, but our annual trip to the Ritz has become a family highlight and we are grateful for the opportunity. ”

We had a typically great time at the Ritz Aspen Highlands. Wonderful place in June especially for my birthday. It's interesting that so many people say June is their favorite time in Aspen (much less the Ritz Highland) ... probably because of fewer people. We always love the place and the people and keep going back. I would say housekeeping, as precious and wonderful as they all are, were a little bit inconsistent. Sometimes we'd get three wash cloths, sometimes 2 and one time none. Same with face towels. Not a deal killer, to be sure, but this is THE RITZ, if you know what I mean. A great spring trip in Aspen

We loved our stay in Aspen. The staff was super attentive to our every need. We enjoyed the shuttle to Snowmass on the days we chose to go there. And skiing Highlands was so convenient. The pool was heated warm enough that it was a pleasure to swim even when the air was cold. Our condo was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We hope to have the chance to return. ”

Awesome Ski Vacation

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful time here. It may be hard to ski / snowboard any other way after this vacation. Both the accommodations and the staff were awesome! We enjoyed the pool and spa daily after hitting the slopes. Highlands is a beautiful mountain and so convenient right outside the Ritz. However, it was a bit challenging for some of us so we often took the 10 minute shuttle to Buttermilk which was a good match for my skill level. Thank you so much to the owner who shared their time here with us! It was much appreciated :) ”

We would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands for anyone looking to be pampered and well taken care of during your holiday! We were very impressed with William, the concierge who greeted us after a long day of being stuck in traffic with a warm welcome and super helpful bellhop to get everything and us settled in our room quite quickly! We were very pampered throughout the week from the wonderful housekeeping staff, Johnny the Bellman/Valet who was AWESOME all week! William made a great impression with the type of service you offer at the White River Lodge, he scheduled a golf outing for my husband and friend that proved to be a super fun course, he got the firepit going for us one evening and then surprised us with Smores! We had a great time! We were looking to R&R and that we did!! Thank you again for all the special treatment, we look forward to our next visit! The Games crew!”

Great stay in Aspen

Our first visit to Aspen was at the Ritz, which was a great location for us. Our unit was spacious, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. The complimentary shuttle to town is convenient and there is a path nearby for the times we decided to walk or bike in. The pool and hot tub were great, although sometimes it was hard to find a spot as people go early and put a few belongings down. We got an early start and drove to the Maroon Bells while the road was open (the buses depart from this location) and loved visiting such a beautiful place. We also were able to hike and fish nearby. All of the Ritz staff we had contact with were so helpful and kind. We would love to visit here again.”

كانت هذه بلا شك واحدة من أروع التجارب التي مررنا بها في فندق «ريتز كارلتون». كانت هذه هي المرة الأولى التي نزور فيها كولورادو في الصيف، وقد وقعنا في حب مدينة أسبن من جديد! كانت الخدمة من أفضل ما يكون! ففريق العمل يتسم بالاهتمام الشديد والاحترام الكبير تجاه ضيوفه، ويبذل جهداً يتجاوز حدود واجباته. وكان التعامل مع «رايان» تجربة رائعة أيضاً! سنعود بالتأكيد! ”

قضيت وقتًا رائعًا في نادي «ريتز كارلتون أسبن هايلاندز». ماذا يمكن أن أقول... إنه «ريتز كارلتون» بكل ما للكلمة من معنى. استقبال رائع، غرف رائعة، وخدمة تنظيف الغرف... ماذا يمكن أن أقول؟ كانت أوراق الشجر ذهبية اللون، ورحلات رائعة إلى «مارون بيلز»، بالقرب من أسبن وكذلك بلدة «باسالت» الساحرة. أنا معكم!

مكان رائع للاسترخاء

قريب جدًا، لكنه بعيد في الوقت نفسه. نحن نحب الإقامة في هذا النادي الجميل. الجبال قريبة لممارسة رياضة المشي لمسافات طويلة، وخدمة النقل المكوكية مفيدة جدًّا. وقد حجزنا بالفعل للصيف المقبل.”

كل ما تتوقعه من أحد فنادق نادي الوجهات التابع لـ «ريتز كارلتون». طاقم عمل رائع، غرف نوم وحمامات مجهزة تجهيزًا جيدًا، خدمة متميزة، وما إلى ذلك. لا حاجة لاستئجار سيارة، فهناك العديد من خيارات النقل المكوكية إلى الجبال الأخرى وإلى وسط مدينة أسبن. خدمة كونسيرج ودية ومريحة. سهولة التنقل من وإلى مطار أسبن (ASE). تجربة رائعة!! ”

مراجعة أسبن

لم يكن فندق «ريتز» في أسبن فاخرًا أو مجهزًا جيدًا مثل فنادق «فايل» و«بيفر كريك». كما أن موظف الاستقبال الذي تعاملنا معه لم يكن محترفًا بما يكفي، حيث لم يكن يعرف كيفية الوصول إلى الأماكن المطلوبة، ولم يقم بالمتابعة بشكل سليم. تعطل جهاز البخار في المنتجع الصحي والدش الوحيد لمدة يومين، ورغم أن المدير أبدى اعتذارًا شديدًا وقدم لي هدايا بسيطة، إلا أنه من غير المعتاد رؤية فندق من سلسلة «ريتز» في مثل هذه الحالة. كما فقدتُ شيئين من غرفتي، وما زلت أواجه صعوبات في إنهاء إجراءات التأمين. جبال أسبن هايلاندز فائقة الجمال. كان طاقم خدمة التزلج وتأجير معدات التزلج لا مثيل له. وكانت الأنشطة المسائية في ردهة المساكن لطيفة جدًّا، حيث شملت الموسيقى وتذوق الأطعمة وتوزيع هدايا الملح للاستحمام.

نحن سعداء للغاية برحلتنا للتزلج إلى أسبن، التي كانت على قائمة أحلامنا! الإقامة والخدمة والموقع كانت جميعها رائعة. لا يمكننا أن نوفي حق الاحترافية واللباقة التي أبداها طاقم فندق «ريتز كارلتون» حقها من الثناء. ولن نتردد أبدًا في العودة إلى هناك. ”

هذه هي المرة الثالثة التي نقيم فيها في فندق «الريتز» في أسبن، ومرة أخرى لم يخيب ظننا. خدمة ودية ومخصصة للضيوف تقع مباشرة عند سفح جبل أسبن هايلاندز (حيث يقع مطعم «كلاود ناين»). نحن من عشاق التزلج، وأسبن هي بلدتنا الشهيرة للتزلج. كما توجد مطاعم رائعة وخيارات ترفيهية ممتازة لمن لا يمارسون التزلج أو التزلج على الجليد. فندق «الريتز» يتفوق حقًّا في هذا المجال. سنعود مرة أخرى!”

حتى قبل مغادرتنا إلى كولورادو، كان موظفو خدمة الكونسيرج في فندق «الريتز» رائعين، وظلوا كذلك طوال فترة إقامتنا. تتوقع أن تحصل على جودة فائقة في فندق «الريتز» من حيث المكان والموقع والمرافق (وكلها رائعة، بالمناسبة)، لكن خدمة «نستطيع تلبية طلباتك» هي التي تترك الأثر الأكبر حقًّا! أستطيع أن أفهم الآن سبب تفضيل الكثيرين لفندق «الريتز كارلتون»... الأمر منطقي تمامًا!!! لإعطائكم فكرة، كنت أحجز العشاء من حوض السباحة... وأيضًا، عندما تكون على وشك الانتهاء من إعداد العشاء في الشقة، تظهر فجأة بعض السيدات لتنظيف الأطباق! إنه أمر مذهل... على أي حال، كانت إقامة رائعة ولا أطيق الانتظار لزيارة فندق آخر من فنادق «ريتز» في المستقبل...”

الجبال الأربعة في أسبن

الجمال الطبيعي

لقد حجزتُ هذا العقار لقضاء رحلة قصيرة للاحتفال بعيد ميلاد زوجي الستين ولعب الجولف في فصل الخريف. وقد دعونا زوجين آخرين للانضمام إلينا. سافرنا جميعًا بالطائرة إلى دنفر، ثم قطعنا مسافة 4 ساعات بالسيارة إلى أسبن. كانت الرحلة طويلة، لكنها جميلة في فصل الخريف. سلكنا طريق «إندبندنس باس» المؤدي إلى أسبن، وكان المنظر خلابًا. كانت الثلوج قد تساقطت قليلاً قبل وصولنا، لكننا استمتعنا بأربعة أيام (لم نتمكن من البقاء أكثر من ذلك) من الطقس الجميل والمشمس. وصلنا إلى فندق «الريتز»، حيث استقبلنا ستيف ورافقنا إلى غرفتنا. قام بنقل الأمتعة إلى الغرفة وتولى أمر سيارتنا. كان متعاونًا للغاية. في صباح اليوم التالي، اتصلنا لطلب سيارتنا، وكان ستيف قد غسلها (كانت سيارة مستأجرة)، وعند إعادة وضع مضارب الجولف في السيارة، نسيت مجموعة واحدة منها. غادرنا متجهين إلى ملعب الجولف دون أن ندرك ذلك. لاحظ ستيف الأمر وتبعنا إلى الملعب حاملاً المجموعة الرابعة من المضارب. ثم ترك لنا هدية صغيرة في الغرفة اعتذارًا عن هذا الخطأ، وتمنى لزوجي عيد ميلاد سعيدًا. ذهب ستيف في إجازة في اليوم التالي، لكن جميع من تعاملنا معهم كانوا رائعين أيضًا. مهذبون ومتعاونون. لديهم خدمة نقل ذهابًا وإيابًا إلى المدينة، مما يسهل الذهاب لتناول العشاء دون القلق بشأن مواقف السيارات. لعبنا الجولف في ناديي «سنوماس» و«أسبن» للجولف، وقمنا برحلة مشي في جبال «مارون بيلز». لا أستطيع أن أقول لكم متى رأيت هذا القدر من الجمال الطبيعي من قبل. كانت الوحدة مرتبة بشكل مثالي لاستيعاب زوجين، مع أجنحة رئيسية على جانبي غرفة المعيشة. المطاعم في المجمع رائعة – تاكو لذيذ على الغداء، ولاتيه في الصباح، وعشاء لطيف في «ويلو كريك». لم يتسن لنا الوقت لاستخدام المسبح أو المنتجع الصحي أو مركز اللياقة البدنية، لكن كل شيء بدا جميلاً. سنعود بالتأكيد ونمنح هذا العقار تقييم 5 نجوم. جوان نالي”

«لقد عدتُ للتو من إجازة رائعة استمرت أسبوعين في أسبن، في فندق «ذا ريتز كارلتون ديستينيشن كلوب». كان طاقم العمل في خدمات الكونسيرج وخدمة صف السيارات والسبا رائعًا؛ كما كانت المرافق مذهلة، بما في ذلك السبا وصالة اللياقة البدنية والمسبح وحوض الاستحمام الساخن وغرفة الألعاب وصالة الضيوف؛ بالإضافة إلى أماكن إقامة مريحة للغاية وخدمات تنظيف غرف رائعة، كل ذلك ساهم في قضاء إجازة رائعة في منتجع رائع!»

عقار جميل

يقع العقار على مقربة شديدة من منطقة مارون بيلز الترفيهية، مما يتيح الوصول بسهولة إلى مجموعة واسعة من مسارات المشي الموجودة هناك. يتم إغلاق الطريق المؤدي إلى مارون بيلز خلال أوقات الذروة، ولا يُسمح بالدخول إلى المنطقة إلا بواسطة حافلات النقل المكوكية. إذا كنت ترغب في القيادة إلى هناك، فعليك الاستيقاظ مبكراً، أو الذهاب بعد الساعة 5 مساءً. سأعود بالتأكيد إلى هذا العقار. إذا كان لديك خيار شقة من 3 غرف نوم، فاخترها لأنها تحتوي على شرفة. أما الشقة المكونة من غرفتي نوم فلم تكن تحتوي على شرفة.”

كانت هذه العطلة تجربة راقية من البداية إلى النهاية. بدءًا من الاتصال الأول عبر البريد الإلكتروني قبل إقامتنا، حيث سُئلنا عما إذا كنا بحاجة إلى توصيلة من المطار، وشراء البقالة لتزويد الثلاجة، وحجوزات المطاعم، وصولاً إلى الترحيب الذي استقبلنا عند الوصول، فقد عوملنا معاملة ممتازة للغاية. الشقة المكونة من غرفتي نوم مريحة ودافئة وفاخرة، مع خدمة تنظيف الغرف مرتين يوميًا. وقد جعلت إمكانية الوصول المباشر إلى منحدرات التزلج، إلى جانب خدمة تخزين معدات التزلج، هذه العطلة سهلة للغاية. كما أن صالة الألعاب الرياضية، المزودة بجاكوزي ومنتجع صحي، والموظفين الذين أبدوا اهتمامًا كبيرًا، تمثل ميزة رائعة أخرى. أتمنى العودة مرة أخرى العام المقبل. أوصي بشدة بهذه الإقامة.”

أسبوع رائع في أسبن هايلاندز!

قضينا وقتًا رائعًا في فندق «ذا ريتز @ أسبن هايلاندز»! يقع الفندق على بعد دقائق معدودة من وسط المدينة، وكان من السهل الوصول إليه بسيارة مستأجرة أو حافلة النقل أو سيارة أجرة مجانية حتى منتصف الليل. إذا كانت لديك سيارة مستأجرة، فإن جبال «مارون بيلز» تقع على بعد مسافة قصيرة على الطريق. وإذا وصلت إلى هناك قبل الساعة 8 صباحًا، يمكنك استخدام سيارتك الخاصة والقيام بما تشاء. عند وصولك، يستقبلك عدد من الموظفين قبل أن تصل إلى المصعد. كانت الغرف مثالية، مع حمامات واسعة ودش رائع. كان المسبح مكانًا مريحًا للغاية في جميع أوقات النهار. إذا وصلت مبكرًا، فمن المحتمل أن يكون المسبح مخصصًا لك وحدك. كانت القرية ملائمة للتسوق وتناول الطعام. كان كل شيء رائعًا، لكن طاقم العمل المرحب كان أفضل ما في الأمر!”

لقد أحببنا نادي «الريتز» في أسبن. وكما هو الحال مع جميع نوادي «الريتز»، فإن المكان رائع للغاية، والموظفون متعاونون للغاية. كانت شقتنا المكونة من غرفتي نوم دافئة وجذابة. وتوفر مساحة واسعة تكفي لأربعة أشخاص. كانت إمكانية الوصول المباشر إلى منحدرات التزلج في «أسبن هايلاندز» مثالية بالنسبة لنا، لكن الحافلات ستنقلكم إلى «سنوماس» والجبال المحلية الأخرى. ولا حاجة على الإطلاق لسيارة. سنعود إلى هناك بالتأكيد.”

منتجع جميل

قضيتُ أنا وأصدقائي إقامة رائعة في فندق «ريتز كارلتون أسبن هايلاندز» في الأسبوع الذي بدأ في 28 مارس 2015. الفندق جميل والخدمة على مستوى 5 نجوم بكل المقاييس، تمامًا كما هو متوقع من فندق «ريتز». كان الطقس دافئًا ومشمسًا، كما كانت ظروف التزلج رائعة! كنا نقيم في شقة من غرفتي نوم مزينة بشكل جميل وتتمتع بإطلالة على جبل التزلج. استقبلنا موظف من فندق «الريتز» في المطار فور خروجنا من الطائرة لمساعدتنا في حمل أمتعتنا واصطحابنا إلى النادي. جميع الموظفين حريصون للغاية على جعل إقامتك تجربة رائعة. تناولنا الطعام في مطعم «ويلو كريك» الموجود في الموقع، وكنا نزور «كافيه سيينا» يوميًا لتناول لاتيه الصباح. كان كل منهما يقدم خدمة وطعامًا ممتازين. الشيء الوحيد الذي أندم عليه هو عدم شراء البقالة قبل وصولنا، نظرًا لأن المطعم مغلق يومي الاثنين والثلاثاء. بمجرد وصولنا إلى هناك، لم نكن نرغب في التسوق لشراء البقالة. إذا كنت تنوي التزلج في «أسبن هايلاندز»، فتأكد من حجز مائدة للغداء في الساعة 2:00 مسبقًا في مطعم «كلاود 9». يتميز المطعم بشرفة جميلة لتناول الطعام، وموسيقى رائعة وشمبانيا تتدفق بغزارة! إنها تجربة بحد ذاتها. كانت تجربة رائعة وأخطط للعودة قريبًا للاستمتاع بصيف أسبن!”

تخيل أنك مالك للنادي الذي اشتريت عضويته لمدة أسبوع عبر شركة «3rd Home»، ثم تقيم كضيف في ذلك النادي نفسه وتواجه أسوأ تجربة على الإطلاق؛ فمن لحظة تسجيل الوصول وحتى المغادرة المبكرة جدًّا، لم تكن إقامتي بالجودة التي اعتدت عليها في نادي «ريتز كارلتون» هذا. لذا، أود أن أضيف أنني أقيم هناك بانتظام وأقضي إقامة ممتعة، لكن هذه الأسبوع من شهر يوليو كان أقل من المستوى المتوسط من جميع النواحي. وكانت جودة الغرفة هي الأسوأ. لم يعمل التكييف حتى بعد 3 زيارات من الفني. ”
