We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with two other couples. Mougins is a charming base, perfectly located for day trips to Cannes, Nice, Antibes, St. Tropez, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence. The home offered incredible views, comfort, quiet, and great amenities, with the host, Roopa, being extremely helpful. While November is quiet on the Riviera with some closures, we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and welcoming locals. Highly recommended! ”

Great stay: large and comfortable villa

We spend the last week of October at Maison Prakash and had a great time. The villa is located at a great place to explore the Cote d'Azur. Just 10 minutes from Cannes and both Nice and Monaco are within 1 hour driving. The villa itself is large and has all the amenities you need. Even though it was October, the kids still did a bit of swimming in the pool. If you have a large car, just be careful for the last few minutes as the road towards the villa is quite narrow. All in all, we can really recommend Maison Prakash and hope to come back one day. ”

Good but could be great.

Want to love this villa, but unfortunately is tired and in need of some love. House didn’t include basics such as shampoo or conditioner. The air conditioner in the master was loud and barely worked. The pool tiles seems like there were falling off in multiple places. There weren’t proper pillows on the beds, only decorative pillows. Much of the house feels bare and unfurnished. Owner was very nice, but this villa could use some tlc.”
