Peaceful retreat

We stayed at this beautiful home for the week of July 4th to escape the nerve-racking barrage of mortar fireworks in our neighborhood at home. Although we did not know it at the time of our booking, but the city of Ivins has a strict fireworks ban due to the high fire risk. As a result, we did not hear a single pop from fireworks at all. It was such a welcoming contrast from home. The spacious pool, cascading waterfall and private backyard was so serene and just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful retreat. We spent most of our days outside in the backyard watching the various species of birds, reptiles and cute little bats in the evening. The inside of the home was stunning and well appointed with comfortable furniture and appliances. We enjoyed walks in the evening through the quiet subdivision admiring the towering red rock mountains that surround the area. We also discovered an adorable goat farm a few blocks away and enjoyed visiting the animals and feeding them. If we were to offer any constructive criticism, I would suggest the owners designate a few empty shelves in the closets and pantry for guests to put their things during their stay. There were no empty hangers in the closets to hang your clothes. It felt a little invasive having to move the owners personal belongings aside just to have some space to set our things. I realize this home is the owners full-time second home, but if you are going to rent it out at all, they should tuck some of their things away to clearly define what is theirs and what is available for community use. There were no ceramic or microwavable safe plates or bowls anywhere in the house, so quick food preparation was a challenge. As far as cleanliness goes, they may need to have a word with the cleaning service they use, or hire someone else. At first glance, the house appeared spotless, but upon further inspection, there was hair and dust on the counters and shelves and water splash marks and smears on the bathroom mirrors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property immensely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us. ”

ليس هذا العقار جميلاً فحسب، بل إن المناظر الطبيعية المحيطة به مذهلة أيضاً. على بعد بضعة أميال، توجد حديقة ولائية رائعة، وحديقة وطنية، والعديد من المواقع الأثرية، وعدة خزانات مياه، ومسار للدراجات يمتد عبر أميال من الصخور الحمراء. بالتأكيد لن تشعر بالملل أبداً! بالإضافة إلى ذلك، هذا منزل حديث ومريح للغاية. لم يكن مضيفونا ليكونوا أكثر كرمًا مما كانوا، وقد قدموا لنا تعليمات واضحة ودقيقة. لقد استمتعنا بكل دقيقة قضيناها في هذا العقار!”
