Could be great

This home is situated perfectly for maximum views. It has well appointed kitchen and a wonderful array of games, a hot tub And is set up for entertaining a large group. (Two of us stayed. )Because of a persistent loud screeching howl, must be a leak or a crack somewhere in one of those large windows- It was unnerving And kept us from having a good nights sleep. We did not want to put the heater on for the two of us because the house was so large and there is a fireplace In the master and in the living room which we utilized because it was chilly; it has to be said that the bedding was subpar. No down comforters, thin blankets and shiny dated bedspreads. If this Home were to be refurnished In a more appropriate beach style, repaired to stop the noise And replace bedding it would be a much more enjoyable location. The dishwasher is in need of repair and lightbulbs need to be replaced on the decks. It is also worth noting that many restaurants or closed Tuesday and Wednesday as in many other vacation spots currently.”

Beautiful views of the ocean and golf resort

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable resort style home in a country club neighborhood just south of Bodega Bay. There are beautiful hiking trails and direct beach access. We loved viewing the sunsets and observing the wildlife that ran amongst the dunes and golf course. Thank you for a great visit !”

Bodega Bay House

This is a wonderful location and house right on the coast about an hour north of San Francisco! The location offers a great jumping off point for touring the wine country of Sonoma and Naps (Bodega Bay is in Sonoma county). It also offers beach and ocean sports, many opportunities for hiking and lots of good restaurants. As to the house, it is enormous and offers almost every conceivable amenity including a large hot tub, media room fit for a studio executive and more outdoor spaces than I can count. A winner on all counts! ”

We spent 5 glorious nights at the Royal Pacific overlooking the Bodega Harbor Golf Course, Bodega Head and the Pacific ocean with its stunning sunsets. The home is extremely well laid out inside and is situated to maximize views and interior light. Every amenity you could want from a huge gourmet kitchen to a hot tub and movie theater were available. We actually often found ourselves staying at the house having wine on the balconies or at the patio rather than touring. We did however partake of several excellent restaurants in the area for dinner. If you have a chance, try Blue Pacific. Steve & Paulette Brown ”

Gorgeous getaway

Royal Pacific is a beautiful, fully equipped home in Bodega Bay, the small California town where Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds was filmed. It is located in a picturesque spot overlooking the golf course and the ocean. While we didn't play golf, it was a beautiful course at a very reasonable price. Royal Pacific served as our home golf from which we ventured into the wine country. In 30 minutes to an hour you can be in the heart of the vineyards. Since the tourist traffic was gone, Bodega Bay was a sleepy little village but the "crush" in wine country was going full tilt. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you could want for vacation. We particularly enjoyed the home theater room with the 6 leather recliners. The owners were so hospitable and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. Thanks so much for a great stay! ”

Amazing location & wonderful amenities

Royal Pacific is located perched over a golfcourse with marvelous ocean views. The house is well appointed and has a kitchen that should be the envy of any cook...Not only is it well stocked but it allows one to draw from the local farmers markets and fresh fish to create a feast and dinner overlooking the ocean and Bodega Bay. The home is spacious and a great place for a family or friends to relax or use as a home base to explore the coast and Russian river and Sonoma county. The owners were also very responsive and supportive of our needs.”
