Private Beach Heaven

We loved Casa Miramar! Its tucked away in the jungle on a private beach just outside of San Pancho - very quaint and charming town that we fell in love with! Only draw back in no AC in the main great room, but we were out and about during the day and the bedrooms were very comfortable at night. ”

A Blissful Bluffside Retreat in Charming San Pancho

Casa Miramar was an absolute delight. Tucked into the hills above of San Pancho, this is a beautiful property with stunning surroundings. We loved the open-air layout and spent much of our time enjoying the pool area. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after long days. With the doors open and the sound of the waves crashing below, there was no need for air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, though I would recommend bringing any specific items you need or stopping at the grocery store beforehand, as you're not really close to anything (don't forget coffee filters and salt for your margaritas!). The walk into town is a bit of a hike—about 30 minutes over cobblestone streets—so tennis shoes are a must. That said, taxi service in San Pancho is easy and affordable, making the ride back up the hill very convenient. San Pancho itself was exactly as described: safe, charming, and easy to navigate. We loved the whole vibe and would absolutely stay here again. ”

Amazing Home + Spectacluar View!

This is a great home with an amazing view for those looking to get off the beat and path in Mexico. It's a short and easy drive from Puerto Vallarta (recommend renting a car). Once you arrive, you are treated to a private oasis complete with an infinity pool overlooking a cliff down to the ocean! We enjoyed sitting poolside sipping Margaritas and spotting the occasional whale pod in the distance. The home is comfortable, though not super luxurious. The one downside was that there is not AC in the main living area... there was a nice breeze in November, but this may be an issue in summer. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay!”

Beautiful Home, Amazing Week

Joe's home is beautiful and the view is incredible. We spent the whole week in and around the infinity pool enjoying the ocean and watching the birds and butterflies. The house was very clean and well prepared for guests, and Maria helped to make our stay seamless. The video and photos of the property are true representation of how beautiful Joe's home is. The steps down the cliff to the beach are very well-maintained and the beach is beautiful. San Pancho is such a fun town with a warm and welcoming vibe. Lots of great food options. Do not miss the Tuesday market. Being there in November also allowed us to participate in the release of hundreds of baby turtles, which was an amazing experience. Thank you again, Joe and Maria!”

Great stay, beautiful home and location!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful, with a nearly private beach below! The Casa is about a half hour walk into the cute town of San Pancho, with small grocery shops, places to eat and fun to be had. Highly recommend the Tuesday farmer's market in the town plaza! Would absolutely return again :)”

Elegant Comfort

We fell in love with San Pancho. A local vibe with enough restaurants for variety and a wide beach. With a five-minute drive to the town center, Casa Miramar beautifully complimented the combination of a "night on the town" with a return to tranquility, elegance and a vista view to be cherished. On the edge of a cliff overseeing the Pacific with the jungle brushing up against the backside. Magical. A four-wheel drive is recommended. ”

Atemberaubende Lage

Located just far enough from the center of San Pancho to be private and quite but close enough to get to the restaurants and shops in a few minutes by car or bike you really can’t ask for a better spot. The house sits on a bluff directly in front of the ocean with the infinity pool giving you almost 180 degree views of the ocean and surrounding jungle. A living room dining area covered by a gorgeous palapa roof opens fully to the deck and pool. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom also has a beautiful Palapa and the other 2 bedrooms are large. Overall fantastic stay. ”
