This beautiful home is nestled in the suburb of Alamo, located in the San Francisco Bay Area’s East Bay region. With an impressive pool, bocce ball court, sports/basketball court, and comfortable living space, you and your loved ones will experience all the modern amenities while exploring the new city and all the excitement it has to offer.

Alamo is home to many outdoor recreation opportunities like hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing at Mount Diablo State Park, Las Trampas Regional Wilderness Park, Castle Rock Regional Recreation Area, and Hap Magee Ranch Park. When you are ready to venture further, head into downtown San Francisco for a night on the town. Explore the Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 39, or wander into one of the many museums.

When you are ready to head back to the home, the open concept floor plan provides a warm welcome. You can cook in the gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, granite counters, and a large island with seating for four. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the small wooden table and bench seating.

Outside, you can dine under the large arbor at the table with seating for 12, relax in the hot tub, swim, play a round of bocce, or play a friendly game of basketball on the sports court. The 3/4 of an acre of land provides great privacy for those nights you want to enjoy being at home.

When you are ready to retire for the night, there are three sizable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, sizable space, and plenty of natural light.
