Mill Grange is set in a tranquil backwater in stunning Dartmouth, Devon, and offers accommodation with high speed satellite WiFi and private parking for 3 cars.
The holiday home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms with 2 walk-in showers and a bath.

The bedrooms include a king-size bed with TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed with TV, a twin bed with TV. The open-plan living space includes an electric range oven and hob, microwave/airfryer, fridge, TV, DVD and dining seating. There is a seating area with a log burner and plenty of logs are provided.

Guests can enjoy activities such as walking and relaxing in the garden. The property features decking with furniture and off-road parking for three cars and an electric charging point, WiFi, bed linen, and towels are provided. We are sorry but the property does not accept pets or smoking and only accepts children over twelve. There are steps down from the parking area, leading through the rear patio, and steps throughout the property. There is a
comfortable all weather gazebo with cushion sofas for sunset evening BBQs.

Please note the property is reached down a steep single-track narrow lane with few passing places but it’s worth the mile trip from the top. Nearby, within 1.3 miles, there are a large selection of shops including M&S food, Sainsbury’s and Lidl and many pubs and a vast selection of restaurants, including the award-winning Seahorse and the Dart Marine Hotel. The stunning embankment of Dartmouth on the river dart host a variety of shops, bars and restaurants within a mile of the property.

Dartmouth is located in the South Hams region of South Devon, along the River Dart estuary, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a well-liked tourist destination.
