I got confused with the listing being in la quinta -i thought we had access to all the amenities of la quinta- but there are many offshoots to the original resort, which is vast, and this listing is not part of that resort. Love the place. Everything stocked up pretty well. However, we found a couple of small things that can improve our experience. The TV in the living room was not working. The internet was down for a couple of nights, so we have to wait until morning to get it restarted. Pointed out a couple of shutters and doorknobs that were loose. Other than those, everything was perfect. ”

Another Enjoyable Stay, But ...

Spacious Villa. Friendly staff. Back yard not as nice as our last stay. We learned Friday check-ins get units that don't have the full swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, etc as Thursday check-ins. Villas are a bit dark and dated, but very well kept and clean. Kitchens can be slightly better equipped. Noisy landscapers were there for 1 1/2 days starting at 6:40am ! But we enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse gym and pool are convenient and nice. ”

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was superb and always available to help. We loved the patio with very comfortable furniture and hot tub/small pool depending on how we wanted the temp. The kitchen had everything we needed and top of the line appliances. The house was beautiful with very spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was very nice! We used the workout room and the equipment was excellent. The swim pool was very nice and warm and had 2 x 25 yard lanes for lap swimming too. There were games in the clubhouse we could borrow. We would love to come back!”

Had a terrific stay at the PGA West Residences during December 2024, along with plenty of nearby hiking trails. Over 100 golf courses to choose from in the county, and this particular home was large, comfortable, and very well-appointed. We loved the fire pit and large hot tub, and ate most of our meals during the week on the patio. The staff was super helpful and responsive too. Highly recommended!”

A lovely home in a gated community

This home in LaQuinta was lovely, spacious and well equipped with a hot tub, pretty yard and enormous kitchen, family room and dining room. The 2 master bedrooms were very large and the third bedroom is set apart from the others for more privacy and is smaller like a studio. Private garage and driveway. The staff in the office area of the community were helpful and informative and hosted a little party for guests (and owners?) when we arrived. Golf was one of our focuses when we visited and we weren't unhappy with the courses in the area. And the restaurants were very good though some of them were quite a drive from LaQuinta. ”

Great Home

We stayed in this lovely, well maintained home in December 2023 right before Christmas. This a quiet time in Palm Springs and perfect for hiking which is what we like to do in the desert. The friends who joined us are golfers so they were in heaven. The home is beautiful with everything you need including a private hot tub. The club house was a nice addition. It has a large pool but December was a bit cool for swimming. We attended a nice welcome party there. I highly recommend this property.”

We stayed at this property over Christmas and it exceeded expectations! Extremely spacious, high ceilings, fabulous stone hot tub with firepit, each of the bedrooms and the casita allowed for exceptional privacy. Kitchen was very spacious with high end appliances. The staff at the clubhouse could not have been more accommodating, even allowing us to use beautiful poinsettia and tabletop Christmas Tree. We definitely hope to return!”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this PGA home in lovely LaQuinta! Home has a great design and layout with all bedrooms completely private from one another. Living space is large, has a great flow and is very family friendly with a beautiful walk-out patio visible through an entire wall of glass. Doors easily glide open to a covered patio dining table, then an open patio with hot tub, firepit and more seating. Every amenity, appliance and utensil you would need is provided. Short walk to the clubhouse and you are at the pool and gym. This place is kept up beautifully and we would definitely stay again. Golf, of course, casino, great restaurants and shopping - all nearby. A great host answered every need. Stop Looking! This is the place!”

The stay was great . we felt the 350.00 for cleaning was excessive . Be aware that there is not a smart tv in the living room main area. bring your own Apple TV. devise or fire plug in. Very well appointed home within PGA West. The homes are fractional shared homes. Concierge and staff were very helpful. There was some construction noise but we were notified of that prior to booking. The pool,gym and grounds were very quiet and well maintained and beautiful. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. You do not have PGA West privileges when staying in the residences. For tennis and pickle ball you need to drive to public courts about 3 miles away. They can book a tee time on the Stadium golf course within PGA West. Overall we had a great time . ”

Gorgeous property

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The two large bedrooms off of the main living/dining area are large with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a separate attached casita with an en suite bathroom. The villa is beautifully furnished and offers indoor-outdoor living through the sliding glass doors that open to the patio and jacuzzi. As it was quite warm in early May we turned off the heat in the jacuzzi and used it as a plunge pool which was refreshing. The community pool area adjacent to the clubhouse is large with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful and made restaurant reservations for us prior to arrival. ”

PGA West exceeded our expectations. The villa was meticulously clean and felt brand new. The residence was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (every kitchen supply as well as bathroom amenities). It was spacious inside and out - with a brand new grill, large plunge pool, fire pit and breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Susan - at the concierge's desk was so lovely and happy to help. 25 min from Palm Springs - it was a great jumping off point for us for all area activities. A trip to Joshua Tree is a must! Nos alojamos en PGA West Residences en abril de 2017. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia allí. El personal fue increíblemente servicial y la propiedad tenía todo lo necesario. Great stay

El servicio en PGA fue estupendo. Al principio buscábamos unas vacaciones en Palm Springs, ya que era la primera vez que visitábamos la zona, pero nos gustó más la ubicación de La Quinta para nuestra familia. La casa estaba como nueva y era muy espaciosa; ni siquiera utilizamos la habitación extra de la casita. Hay una gran piscina en el club social que estuvo vacía la mayor parte del tiempo. Mi única pega es que hizo viento la semana que estuvimos allí y me hubiera gustado que limpiaran nuestra pequeña piscina de hidromasaje para poder usarla, pero eso es todo. En general, ¡una estancia estupenda!

El desierto en todo su esplendor

La casa es todo lo que cabría esperar de una propiedad de 3rd Home y mucho más. Un mobiliario precioso, un salón magnífico y tres suites principales de igual tamaño. Las puertas del patio se abren de par en par y toda la casa se integra con el exterior. La gran bañera de hidromasaje del patio tenía el tamaño perfecto para que nuestras sobrinas jugaran mientras nosotros disfrutábamos de las preciosas vistas de las montañas. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada; realmente se puede vivir aquí. El personal fue encantador y se aseguró de que supiéramos cómo funcionaban las cosas, como los televisores y las chimeneas. Nos invitaron a un brunch de Pascua en la casa club con toda la familia y fue delicioso y divertido. Recomendamos encarecidamente visitar el Living Desert y el restaurante Jackalope Ranch. ”

El servicio de atención al cliente fue excelente, desde el momento en que confirmamos nuestra reserva hasta el final, con el seguimiento de nuestra estancia. No tuvimos ningún problema ni necesitamos la ayuda del conserje, pero sabíamos que podríamos contar con ella en cualquier momento. PGA West es solo una de las varias comunidades cerradas de esta zona de complejos de golf de La Quinta. Los dormitorios y los baños son preciosos, están bien surtidos con productos de baño y para el cuerpo de L'Occitane y cuentan con un amplio vestidor. La ropa de cama y las toallas de baño eran abundantes y de excelente calidad. La casa en la que nos alojamos tenía un mobiliario muy similar al de la que reservamos el año pasado. Constaba de dos amplios dormitorios y baños, y una casita independiente. Seis huéspedes estarían muy cómodos aquí y disfrutarían también de privacidad. La cocina estaba bien equipada y utilizamos tanto la barbacoa de gas como el horno para preparar varias de nuestras cenas en la residencia. Una noche invitamos a unos amigos a cenar y esta casa es ideal para recibir invitados. Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en las Residences at PGA West en varias ocasiones. El complejo está impecable y el personal es siempre amable y atento. Además de un campo de golf de primera categoría, hay muchas otras cosas interesantes que hacer en La Quinta y sus alrededores.

Una estancia y una experiencia maravillosas en PGA West

El Residence Club de PGA West es un lugar estupendo para alojarse. Las viviendas están bien diseñadas, decoradas con mucho gusto y se mantienen meticulosamente limpias. Cada una cuenta con su propia piscina privada para refrescarse durante el día o disfrutar de un momento de relax por la noche. La casa club dispone de un gimnasio, una amplia zona de piscina y ofrece café, zumos y aperitivos durante todo el día. Está muy bien equipada y es un lugar agradable para relajarse. Me encantaría tener la oportunidad de alojarme en el Residence Club una y otra vez. El personal es servicial y amable, y las casas son de las más bonitas en las que nos hemos alojado nunca.

Vistas impresionantes

El lugar era perfecto y el personal, estupendo. Nos trataron como si fuéramos viejos amigos. La casa estaba bien equipada y era muy cómoda. Disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi, la piscina y la hoguera que había justo al salir por la puerta trasera. Los campos de golf eran preciosos. Los restaurantes estaban cerca y eran muy agradables. ¡Una delicia del desierto!

Llevamos más de 20 años visitando la zona de Palm Springs y nos hemos alojado en diversos complejos turísticos. Nuestra villa en PGA West superó todas nuestras expectativas y fue una experiencia encantadora. La villa estaba magníficamente amueblada, bien equipada e incluía todas las comodidades que suele ofrecer un complejo de lujo. La suite principal, con dormitorio y baño, resultó muy cómoda en todos los aspectos. Disfrutamos especialmente del jacuzzi y la piscina, la hoguera y las cenas al aire libre. Las tres suites de dormitorio son de buen tamaño, tienen sus propios baños y la distribución favorece la privacidad. Tres parejas estarían muy cómodas en la villa. El conserje fue muy servicial antes de nuestra llegada y el proceso de registro se desarrolló sin problemas. Nuestro único otro comentario es que esta villa, al igual que las otras que ofrece 3rd Home, no es realmente una «segunda» residencia. No hay ningún propietario que viva parte del tiempo en esta villa, ni hay detalles personales que te hagan sentir como si estuvieras de visita en casa de alguien. Nos han dicho que todas las villas están amuebladas de la misma manera y tienen distribuciones y vistas exteriores similares. La villa que te asignan la gestiona el departamento de gestión de inventario del PGA West Residence Club, por lo que la unidad física de la villa y la dirección de la propiedad solo se facilitan unos días antes de la llegada. Esta organización no restó valor a la vivienda, pero habría sido útil saberlo de antemano, especialmente al ver las fotos en la página web. Una propiedad y un servicio fantásticos

Las residencias de PGA WEST son amplias, lujosas, cómodas y están muy bien equipadas. Fue el destino perfecto para una reunión familiar. La vivienda cuenta con todo lo necesario en su interior e incluye un patio privado y un gran jacuzzi en la parte trasera. Además, hay un gimnasio y una piscina a disposición de todos los propietarios del complejo. El personal es competente y amable, y el servicio es excelente. La zona de La Quinta ofrece excelentes restaurantes, campos de golf, pistas de tenis y otras actividades al aire libre. Es muy recomendable.»

Esta ha sido nuestra segunda oportunidad en tres meses de disfrutar de The Residence Club y PGA West. Tenemos pensado volver en mayo. Además de explorar la infinita variedad de fantásticos campos de golf que rodean el club (jugamos durante siete días seguidos), se estaba celebrando el Festival Internacional de Cine de Palm Springs. Siempre parece haber eventos interesantes a los que asistir cuando se está en el valle de Coachella. Date un capricho y disfruta con tus amigos de The Residence Club y PGA West.

Un plano de planta estupendo

Fue un lugar estupendo para pasar las vacaciones. El alojamiento era maravilloso, y todo el personal del lugar se esforzó mucho para hacernos sentir como en casa, sin duda. La distribución de la casa era estupenda. Lo único que podría haber sido un problema es que pensábamos que teníamos una casa con tres camas de matrimonio, pero resultó que eran dos camas de matrimonio y dos individuales. Por suerte para nosotros, la tercera pareja no pudo venir. Gracias de nuevo. Esperamos poder volver pronto. El golf es estupendo, pero el ciclismo de montaña no es tan bueno.

Ha sido un viaje increíble. ¡La casa es sencillamente preciosa! Éramos solo tres y teníamos habitaciones enormes. Sin duda, podríamos haber compartido habitación. La cocina es de lo último en tecnología. Nos encanta cocinar y recibir invitados, y la casa fue perfecta para nuestra fiesta de cóctel. También nos encantó el gran jacuzzi que hay en la parte de atrás. Somos unos apasionados del golf, así que jugar en el PGA y en otros campos de golf de la zona fue lo mejor del viaje. ¡Nos ha encantado todo!

Un oasis en el desierto glorioso

Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia a principios de otoño en PGA West. La villa estaba magníficamente decorada y contaba con todas las comodidades imaginables. La piscina climatizada fue todo un lujo, ya que ofrecía vistas de la puesta de sol sobre el espectacular paisaje y nos permitió contemplar el magnífico cielo nocturno en el aire fresco del desierto. Sin duda alguna, un paraíso para los golfistas (y para los amantes de las compras).

Vida de lujo en PGA West

El PGA West Residence Club es un complejo residencial de lujo de alta gama. Las viviendas son amplias y están bien distribuidas, lo que garantiza una estancia muy privada y tranquila. La propiedad está impecablemente cuidada. Nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces y volveremos sin duda. No dejes de visitar el Parque Nacional de Joshua Tree, a solo una hora de PGA West. Además, es la meca de los golfistas, con más campos magníficos que en cualquier otro lugar del mundo.
