Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms and baths were oversized with typical Ritz-Carlton decor. The location was ideal with easy access to everything in the city. We could walk to several of the museums and our kids rented bikes to ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. The twice nightly service was great and the staff very friendly. Only negatives were the noise at night from the homeless on the street which woke us up in the master bedroom almost nightly. We had 2 cars but they only guarantee parking for one car and did relent to allow us to park the 2nd car ($45/night). The valet location was inconvenient and if a bus was in the way (which blocked the valet parking sign) we had to drive around the block in heavy city traffic. The doorman was not always noticing when we pulled up to valet in this heavily traffic street.. our stove did not work which we only discovered when we were entertaining 14 people. But all fairly minor incidents overall but the reason to miss out on a 5 star rating.”

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton Club in San Francisco thru 3rd Home. We had a wonderful time from the moment we drove up to their lovely building. The staff was excellent, the rooms were expansive and tasteful, the concierge services were beyond helpful and the location was perfect. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this property. We shopped, took a wonderful walking tour of Pacific Heights, went to a musical (Chicago) and ate at two wonderful restaurants that were suggested and booked by the friendly concierge staff at the Ritz (Polk 1760 and Alta CA..I think). We would give this property a 5 star rating!”
