Set in the coastal village of Pearl Beach, this five-bedroom retreat combines beach access with a private collection of wellness and entertaining amenities. Tropical gardens surround the home, while Pearl Beach and the bushland of Brisbane Water National Park are close by.

The main residence centers around an open living, dining, and kitchen space designed for gathering. The chef’s kitchen features dual preparation zones, two sinks, a large peninsula, Zip tap with boiling, chilled, and sparkling water, and a Breville Barista espresso machine. An awning servery opens directly to the entertaining deck, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor dining.

The property accommodates up to 10 guests across a three-bedroom main residence and separate two-bedroom self-contained studio. The main house includes a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a room with queen and king-single bunk sleeping. The studio adds a king bedroom and a bunk room with a queen sofa bed, along with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and breakfast bar.

Outdoor living is centered around the heated mineral pool, barrel sauna, cedar ice bath, landscaped gardens, and spacious entertaining deck. A wood-fired pizza oven, six-burner barbecue, and firepit provide additional spaces for meals and evenings outdoors. A private gym with commercial-grade equipment is also available on request.

Pearl Beach offers swimming, coastal walks, and access to surrounding national park trails. The nearby Pearl Beach Rockpool, Crommelin Native Arboretum, Patonga, and Brisbane Water National Park add further options for swimming, bushwalking, wildlife viewing, and time along Broken Bay.
