Your luxury vacation home at The Residence Club at PGA West is Spanish Colonial architecture at its finest, designed with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The home is fully furnished and decorated in warm earth tones. There are two master suites and a guest casita with a private entrance, a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances, state of the art electronics and high-speed internet, a two-car garage and a splendid great room that seamlessly opens to the magic of the desert beyond. A spacious patio hosts an inviting plunge pool, BBQ and fire pit with surrounding seating - perfect for those starry nights.
Concierge and bell services ensure that your every whim - from tee times to dinner reservations to pre-arrival grocery shopping - is dispatched with the utmost efficiency.
THIRDHOME members enjoy access to five championship courses: PGA West Jack Nicklaus Tournament, PGA West Stadium Golf, PGA West Greg Norman, La Quinta Resort Mountain and La Quinta Resort Dunes. Members also have access to the Owners Clubhouse with a beautifully appointed lounge, covered patio, and a refreshing pool with lap lanes. There is also a fully equipped fitness center and locker rooms for your convenience.

Guests must contact the Concierge at the Club prior to arrival for entry arrangements and further information.
Be advised that arriving before 7 pm Guests will be buzzed in by the front desk. Guests planning to arrive after 7 pm, please communicate with the front desk prior to 7 pm on the day of arrival. The concierge will give you instructions on how to access through the gate, access your villa, etc.
The Residence Club at PGA West will send an email 24 hours prior to arrival, for those arriving after 7 pm, with access information, villa number, and directions to the villa. It will also include a friendly reminder to come up to the Front Desk in the AM to check in and receive any necessary instructions.

The internet was down for a couple of nights, so we have to wait until morning to get it restarted. Pointed out a couple of shutters and doorknobs that were loose. Spacious Villa. Friendly staff. Back yard not as nice as our last stay. We learned Friday check-ins get units that don't have the full swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, etc as Thursday check-ins. Villas are a bit dark and dated, but very well kept and clean. Kitchens can be slightly better equipped. Noisy landscapers were there for 1 1/2 days starting at 6:40am ! But we enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse gym and pool are convenient and nice. ”

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was superb and always available to help. We loved the patio with very comfortable furniture and hot tub/small pool depending on how we wanted the temp. The kitchen had everything we needed and top of the line appliances. The house was beautiful with very spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was very nice! We used the workout room and the equipment was excellent. The swim pool was very nice and warm and had 2 x 25 yard lanes for lap swimming too. There were games in the clubhouse we could borrow. Over 100 golf courses to choose from in the county, and this particular home was large, comfortable, and very well-appointed. This home in LaQuinta was lovely, spacious and well equipped with a hot tub, pretty yard and enormous kitchen, family room and dining room. The 2 master bedrooms were very large and the third bedroom is set apart from the others for more privacy and is smaller like a studio. Private garage and driveway. The staff in the office area of the community were helpful and informative and hosted a little party for guests (and owners?) when we arrived. Golf was one of our focuses when we visited and we weren't unhappy with the courses in the area. And the restaurants were very good though some of them were quite a drive from LaQuinta. ”

We stayed in this lovely, well maintained home in December 2023 right before Christmas. This a quiet time in Palm Springs and perfect for hiking which is what we like to do in the desert. The friends who joined us are golfers so they were in heaven. The home is beautiful with everything you need including a private hot tub. The club house was a nice addition. It has a large pool but December was a bit cool for swimming. We attended a nice welcome party there. I highly recommend this property.”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this PGA home in lovely LaQuinta! Home has a great design and layout with all bedrooms completely private from one another. Living space is large, has a great flow and is very family friendly with a beautiful walk-out patio visible through an entire wall of glass. Doors easily glide open to a covered patio dining table, then an open patio with hot tub, firepit and more seating. Every amenity, appliance and utensil you would need is provided. Short walk to the clubhouse and you are at the pool and gym. This place is kept up beautifully and we would definitely stay again. Golf, of course, casino, great restaurants and shopping - all nearby. A great host answered every need. Stop Looking! This is the place!”

Very well appointed home within PGA West. The homes are fractional shared homes. Concierge and staff were very helpful. There was some construction noise but we were notified of that prior to booking. The pool,gym and grounds were very quiet and well maintained and beautiful. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. You do not have PGA West privileges when staying in the residences. For tennis and pickle ball you need to drive to public courts about 3 miles away. They can book a tee time on the Stadium golf course within PGA West. Overall we had a great time . ”

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The two large bedrooms off of the main living/dining area are large with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a separate attached casita with an en suite bathroom. The villa is beautifully furnished and offers indoor-outdoor living through the sliding glass doors that open to the patio and jacuzzi. As it was quite warm in early May we turned off the heat in the jacuzzi and used it as a plunge pool which was refreshing. The community pool area adjacent to the clubhouse is large with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful and made restaurant reservations for us prior to arrival. ”

The residence was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (every kitchen supply as well as bathroom amenities). Nous avons séjourné aux PGA West Residences en avril 2017. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour là-bas. Le personnel était incroyablement serviable, et la propriété offrait tout ce dont on pouvait avoir besoin. Des chambres à la cuisine, en passant par la terrasse extérieure et la piscine à accès direct, tout était très confortable et en excellent état. Les deux suites parentales disposent de grandes baignoires, idéales pour se détendre. Nous avons également pu profiter de la salle de sport et de la piscine de natation du club-house, qui nous ont permis de faire de l'exercice pendant la semaine. Ce fut une escapade fantastique, et j'ai hâte d'y retourner bientôt. »

Tout était exceptionnel dans cette propriété ! La maison et l'emplacement étaient spectaculaires. Les équipements étaient très bien pensés. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin lors d'un séjour dans une maison avait été prévu avec soin. C'était notre première expérience et, comme l'indique le titre, cela a largement dépassé nos attentes, même en tant que propriétaires chez Diamante.

Le service chez PGA était excellent. Au départ, nous cherchions des vacances à Palm Springs, car c'était notre première visite dans la région, mais nous avons préféré l'emplacement de La Quinta pour notre famille. La maison était comme neuve et spacieuse ; nous n'avons même pas utilisé la chambre d'appoint de la casita. Il y a une grande piscine au club-house qui était vide la plupart du temps. Mon seul regret, c'est qu'il y avait du vent la semaine où nous étions là-bas et que j'aurais aimé qu'ils nettoient notre petit jacuzzi pour que nous puissions l'utiliser, mais c'est tout. Dans l'ensemble, un super séjour !

Cette maison répond à toutes les attentes que l'on peut avoir d'une propriété « 3rd Home », et même plus. Un mobilier magnifique, un superbe salon spacieux et trois suites parentales identiques. Les portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent en grand et toute la maison s'ouvre sur l'extérieur. Le grand spa à jets installé sur la terrasse était de taille idéale pour que nos nièces puissent y jouer pendant que nous profitions de la vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La cuisine était entièrement équipée ; on pourrait vraiment y vivre. Le personnel était charmant et s'est assuré que nous sachions comment tout fonctionnait, comme les téléviseurs et les cheminées. Nous avons été invités à un brunch de Pâques au clubhouse avec toute notre petite famille, et c'était délicieux et très agréable. Nous vous recommandons vivement de visiter le Living Desert et le restaurant Jackalope Ranch. ”

J'ai adoré l'immense jacuzzi extérieur avec la cheminée à gaz juste à côté. J'avais vraiment l'impression de vivre dans le luxe ! C'est une maison de 3 chambres, mais nous n'avons découvert la troisième chambre que le lendemain, car nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture, et il s'agit d'une petite maison indépendante. C'était génial et j'y retournerais sans hésiter ! Le personnel était formidable. Tout était conforme à nos attentes.

La maison était magnifiquement aménagée et disposait de tout ce dont on pouvait avoir besoin ou envie. La piscine-spa en forme de « bobine » sur la terrasse nous a permis de passer un séjour très relaxant, de jour comme de nuit. Le service de conciergerie était très serviable et la salle de sport était suffisamment spacieuse pour nous permettre de suivre notre programme d'entraînement quotidien. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Ma famille a séjourné à plusieurs reprises au Residence Club de PGA West. Chaque résidence est une maison individuelle spacieuse comprenant deux chambres principales, ainsi qu’une petite maison attenante. L’ensemble de la propriété est impeccablement entretenu et le personnel, très compétent, veille à répondre à tous vos besoins. Prenez le temps de vous détendre au bord de la piscine digne d’un complexe hôtelier, profitez des équipements de remise en forme et organisez vos activités avec l’aide du personnel serviable et bien informé. Outre les nombreuses possibilités offertes pour une partie de golf, il y a beaucoup d'autres choses à faire dans la région de La Quinta/Palm Springs, notamment : le Palm Springs Air Museum, le General Patton Memorial Museum, le parc national de Joshua Tree, le Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, le Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, Palm Canyon, de nombreux excellents restaurants et des possibilités de randonnées, la liste est longue. Janvier 2015UNE VISITE MERVEILLEUSE ET DÉTENDANTE DANS LE DÉSERT...
C'était notre deuxième séjour à PGA West, qui propose plusieurs résidences « 3rd Home », toutes dotées du même agencement et décorées avec goût par des professionnels. Le service client a été excellent, depuis la confirmation de notre réservation jusqu'au suivi de notre séjour. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème et n'avons pas eu besoin de l'aide du concierge, mais nous savions que nous pouvions obtenir de l'aide à tout moment. PGA West n'est qu'une des nombreuses communautés fermées de cette station de golf de La Quinta. La sécurité est assurée 24h/24 et 7j/7, et les terrains ainsi que le club-house sont impeccablement entretenus. Notre villa était d'une propreté éclatante, parfaitement équipée et prête pour notre arrivée. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont magnifiques, bien approvisionnées en produits de bain et de soin L'Occitane, et disposent d'un grand dressing. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain étaient en quantité suffisante et d'excellente qualité. La maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était meublée de manière très similaire à celle que nous avions réservée l'année dernière. Elle comprenait deux chambres et salles de bains spacieuses ainsi qu'une casita séparée. Six personnes y seraient très à l'aise et bénéficieraient également d'une grande intimité. La cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons utilisé le barbecue à gaz ainsi que le four pour préparer plusieurs de nos dîners sur place. Un soir, nous avons reçu des invités pour le dîner et cette maison est idéale pour recevoir. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de détente dans le désert — une escapade loin de l'hiver rigoureux chez nous ! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Le Residence Club de PGA West est un excellent lieu de séjour. Les maisons sont bien conçues, joliment décorées et d'une propreté irréprochable. Chacune dispose de sa propre petite piscine pour se rafraîchir pendant la journée ou profiter d'un moment de détente en soirée. Le Clubhouse comprend une salle de sport, un vaste espace piscine et propose du café, des jus de fruits et des collations tout au long de la journée. C'est un endroit bien aménagé et idéal pour se détendre. Je serais ravi de pouvoir séjourner à nouveau au Residence Club. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique, et ces maisons comptent parmi les plus agréables dans lesquelles nous ayons jamais séjourné.

Nous venons dans la région de Palm Springs depuis plus de 20 ans et avons séjourné dans divers complexes hôteliers. Notre villa à PGA West a dépassé toutes nos attentes et était ravissante. Elle était magnifiquement meublée, bien équipée et offrait toutes les commodités que l'on trouve habituellement dans un complexe haut de gamme. La suite parentale était très confortable à tous égards. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi/la piscine, le foyer extérieur et les repas en plein air. Les trois suites sont spacieuses, disposent chacune de leur propre salle de bains et leur agencement favorise l'intimité. Trois couples pourraient y séjourner très confortablement. Le concierge s'est montré très serviable avant notre arrivée et la procédure d'enregistrement s'est déroulée sans encombre. Notre seule autre remarque est que cette villa, tout comme plusieurs autres proposées par 3rd Home, n'est pas vraiment une « résidence secondaire ». Aucun propriétaire ne vit à temps partiel dans cette villa et il n'y a pas non plus de touches personnelles qui vous donnent l'impression d'être en visite chez quelqu'un. On nous a dit que toutes les villas sont meublées de la même manière et présentent des agencements et des vues extérieures similaires. La villa qui vous est attribuée est gérée par le service de gestion des stocks du PGA West Residence Club ; par conséquent, le numéro de la villa et l'adresse de la propriété ne sont communiqués que quelques jours avant l'arrivée. Cette organisation n'a pas nui à notre séjour, mais il aurait été utile de le savoir à l'avance, surtout en regardant les photos sur le site web. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour avec 3rd Home. Richard et Susan »

Les résidences de PGA WEST sont spacieuses, luxueuses, confortables et parfaitement équipées. C'était la destination idéale pour une réunion de famille. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur et comprend une terrasse privée ainsi qu'un grand jacuzzi à l'arrière. De plus, le complexe met à la disposition de tous les propriétaires une salle de sport et une piscine. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique, et le service est excellent. La région de La Quinta offre d'excellents restaurants, des parcours de golf, des courts de tennis et d'autres activités de plein air. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.»

C'était la deuxième fois en trois mois que nous avions l'occasion de profiter du Residence Club et de PGA West. Nous avons l'intention d'y retourner en mai. En plus de découvrir le choix infini de superbes parcours de golf qui entourent le Club (nous avons joué pendant sept jours d'affilée), le Festival international du film de Palm Springs battait son plein. Il semble toujours y avoir des événements intéressants à ne pas manquer lorsqu'on séjourne dans la vallée de Coachella. Offrez-vous, ainsi qu'à vos amis, un séjour au Residence Club et à PGA West.

C'était un super endroit pour passer des vacances. Le logement était magnifique, et tout le personnel sur place a vraiment tout fait pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus. L'agencement de la maison était parfait. Le seul petit bémol, c'est que nous pensions avoir une maison avec 3 lits king size, mais il s'est avéré qu'il y avait 2 lits king size et 2 lits jumeaux. Heureusement pour nous, le troisième couple n'a pas pu venir. Merci encore. J'espère que nous pourrons revenir bientôt. Super golf, VTT moins génial.

Ce séjour a été formidable. La maison est tout simplement magnifique !! Nous n'étions que trois et nous avions des chambres immenses. Nous aurions largement pu être plus nombreux. La cuisine est ultramoderne. Nous adorons cuisiner et recevoir, et la maison était parfaite pour notre cocktail. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le grand jacuzzi à l'arrière. Nous sommes de grands amateurs de golf, alors pouvoir jouer au PGA et sur les autres parcours voisins a vraiment couronné ce séjour !! On a tout simplement tout adoré !! »

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au début de l'automne à PGA West. La villa était magnifiquement aménagée et disposait de tout le confort imaginable. La piscine chauffée était un vrai régal : elle offrait une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil au-dessus d'un paysage spectaculaire et nous a permis d'admirer le magnifique ciel nocturne dans la fraîcheur de l'air du désert. C'est sans aucun doute le paradis des golfeurs (et des amateurs de shopping).

Le PGA West Residence Club est un complexe immobilier haut de gamme. Les maisons sont spacieuses et bien espacées, ce qui vous garantit une expérience très intime et paisible. La propriété est entretenue de manière irréprochable. Nous y avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises et nous y retournerons. Prenez le temps de visiter le parc national de Joshua Tree, situé à seulement une heure de route du PGA West. C'est également la Mecque des golfeurs, avec plus de parcours exceptionnels que nulle part ailleurs dans le monde.
