The 2000 square foot home lends itself to be perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The interior boasts contemporary décor across two living areas. As you enter the front door, you are met with an open floor plan living and dining room, which opens to an expansive deck with commanding views. It connects to a newly updated kitchen equipped with high-end appliances to accommodate your culinary needs.

There are two bedrooms on this level, each with pillow-top queen mattresses and brand new linens. They share a beautifully renovated full bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the lower level and has a queen bed, a recently renovated bathroom, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa.

The lower level is the perfect entertainment hub for families. In addition to a warm and inviting living area with a flatscreen TV, it also features a wet bar, poker table, and ping pong table. There are doors that open to the lower level deck and a screened-in porch with an overhead fan to enjoy the evenings without any pesky bugs bothering you.

A few steps off the large deck is a private 24 x 46' dock with a swim platform, covered seating area, paddle boat, jump platform, easy entry "wet steps" ladder, and boat slip. All you need is a swimsuit and sunscreen, and you're ready to enjoy Lake Ozark!

The house is only a short drive from great restaurants, shopping, golf, and more. There are two water parks nearby, as well as two state parks within a 30-minute drive.
