You will be charmed by the tropical exterior surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty as you pull up to the home. Make your way inside, and the delightful charm continues with high wood beam ceilings and rustic terracotta tile floors.

The living room is welcoming, with a television, desk space, and plenty of seating. Head into the incredibly spacious kitchen and dining area with upgraded appliances, counter space for testing a new recipe, along with four-bar stool seats, and a large wood table for breaking bread.

Step outside onto the covered patio, where there are lounge options to enjoy a cup of coffee with the ocean breeze in the early morning air. Kick up your feet and grab your favorite book to peacefully rock on the hammock or swim laps under the sun in the refreshing pool.

The sleeping arrangements are gracious, with bedrooms one and two having queen-sized beds, bedroom three offering a double bed, and the fourth bedroom boasting five single beds. There are three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath.

With full access to the amenities of Rancho Santana, you will truly want for nothing during your stay. There is an optional resort fee that may be charged for access to some of the amenities. Rancho Santana offers The Spa in El Bosque, a 6000 square foot spa and wellness sanctuary, FunLimón, a small development across the street that welcomes you to use their athletic and gym facilities. There are many unique dining options at Rancho Santana, including La Finca y El Mar, El Café, La Boquita, La Taquería, and La Tienda, an onsite grocery store for you to stock up the kitchen with convenience. These farm-to-table restaurants are an authentic experience with a mix of international cuisine and traditional Nicaraguan dishes. The community offers a freshly grown cornucopia of fruits and vegetables at the onsite garden and orchards. Livestock is also raised ethically on the farm. Rancho Santana provides in-home dining services for an additional charge to guests staying in accommodations with kitchens.
