Nice week at Northstar

We have stayed at this property a few times and always have fun. Summer is a quieter time in the village, but we enjoy getting out to hike and fish in the area. The kitchen is well equipped to cook, which we did most evenings. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio. ”

Excellent place to stay.Penthouse was fully furnished. Excellent kitchen equipment and supplies. Very comfortable bedroom, mattresses etc. Hot tub situation near penthouse very poor with one broken and one weakly hot. But walk across the property to fully functional hot tub and pool. Highly recommend overall.”

NorthStar

It was a nice getaway and NorthStar is always beautiful. Unfortunately there were only a couple of restaurants open and not much to do because of the COVID restrictions. Would love to go back in the winter. Great location for the ski lifts.”

Perfect Summer Week at Northstar

Perfect Location at Northstar

Location, location, location. If you are looking to ski at Northstar, this penthouse unit has the best location: From your large balcony, you are staring directly into the "beach" area of Northstar where all the skiers come down the mountain at the end of the day. Was super easy for our children to ski in and ski out. The unit itself is comfortable and large and provides plenty of space for relaxing for a family of 4 or 6. If you like to cook, the kitchen pantry is minimally stocked, so you need to provide your own spices, salt, pepper, olive oil. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient condo for a ski family vacation. ”

We stayed at 414 Catamount in Northstar. The unit was great. Very spacious and with the second floor bedrooms very private. Convenient to the many activities in the Village and on the mountain. The under ground parking was nice especially if there were any weather problems. Checking in was easy. Very professional front office. We give it 5 stars”

Need I say more? Epically placed on the corner of the top floor in the middle of the Northstar Village, with sweeping patio space and views, this is the ultimate ski-in ski-out for Tahoe. Amazing spot and set up, highly recommended. ”

All I can say is WOW!!!!! This place ROCKS!!! The view of the Gondola from the balcony is incredible. The accommodations and furnishings are fabulous. Being right in the heart of the village with all of the shopping, the ice skating rink and great restaurants has been awesome. We are just 3 days in and already want to come back!!! The weather has been perfect and the slopes first class!!!!”

The Penthouse at Catamount was perfect for a big family like ours (4 kids + 2 teenagers visiting from overseas). It has all the amenities to make you feel like home (including Apple TV!). For our surprise it even had a baby eating chair. Well decorated, comfortably distributed and fully equipped. You can cook at home or go downstairs to the Village and find a variety of options to eat. The Northstar Village is, for us, one of the best places to stay in Tahoe. It has a skate ring that adds much charm to it. The kids enjoyed 2 days at the Lake Tahoe Mountain Club, which is also included in the rental. The apartment is located steps away from the lift, and although this time we didn't sky, no words can describe its value in winter! The staff was helpful and our check in and out was a breeze. I wished I booked 2 weeks!!!! So looking forward to more visits!!!!”
