There is no restaurant for breakfast, only a coffee shop with egg sandwiches and the like, but with full kitchens that was not really necessary and Pavillions grocery store is a short ride away. We did enjoy lunch at the pool bar. It was good to be located close to the main facilities so we didn't need to drive to go the the main building and pool. Newport Beach has many wonderful restaurants and the Southcoast Mall has EVERY high-end designer boutique in one place! The house is in a gated safe neighborhood.
