We had a fantastic time at The Dunes! The beach was about a 5-10 min on the sidewalk over the canal where we saw turtles, fish, and a stingray! Down at the beach - tons of shells! Despite the shells, there is the softest white sugar sand! We took advantage of the beach chairs, cart, towels provided. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site so I can’t review that. The accommodations were great - plenty of space for our family of 4. Gorgeous view of the water. Stay here! ”

Amazing Holiday stay at the Dunes

What a great stay at the Dunes. Great comms with the owner and easy to get into the gated property, building and unit. Very safe and secure. Well appointed and a great lanai with a view of the harbor and ocean. Amenities are awesome as you're steps from the Club with morning coffee and a great pool with a grill for lunch. Workout club and tennis/pickle courts all there. Every morning we walked to the beach ~10min. Beach is beautiful, very clean and a bathroom nearby. Open concept condo with beach vibes. TV was awesome and easy to navigate. My cousins are from Chicago so they liked the winter picture of home. Close to good food shopping, rec Seed to Table. ”

Relaxing in style at the Dunes in Naples

We decides to go to Naples Florida for the first time ever over Thanksgiving break. Not only did we love Naples, the gulf coast beaches and water, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo is very nice and spacious with great sunset views, amazing amenities and a short walk or bike-ride to the beach. We went to two different beach entrances along the Gulf Shore road. Plenty of parking if you want to drive. Lastly, the owner Matt, is truly a wonderful host. I highly recommend staying here!”

Unfortunately Hurricane Damage put a damper on a Great place

The elevator was out due to the hurricane the prior month. This was not convenient at all , nothing the owner could do about it. The view was nice but the walk restricted getting back and forth to the unit , only one trip down for the day and then back and forth at night up six flights of stairs.”

The 3 bedroom condo is simply beautiful and first class all the way. Everything in the condo was recently updated and amazing. The Dunes Resort is AWESOME and was updated as well. The pool, gym, food service and restaurant were terrific. The owner took GREAT care of us throughout our stay and was very easy to work with from start to finish.”

Well appointed, clean and comfortable

Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Matt the owner was very responsive both before and during our stay. His unit and The Club and its amenities were five stars. It was a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the public beach, which was beautiful but rather small and crowded. We don't know Naples well, but found the location a bit far from Downtown Naples. Fantastic restaurants and shops on 3rd and 5th Avenue were about 30 minutes away. ”

Fantastic Thanksgiving week getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Naples for the week, and hope to come back some day. The owners were so helpful in recommending places to eat and for golf, and we enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and use of their chairs and umbrellas as well as their bikes. Thank you Dell Family”

Me, my wife and our 3 year old kid stayed in this apartment in November 2019. Everything was top notch. The apartment is spacious and nice and with a nice view. It was very clean and easy to enter into and get started with as there is a very good info package. The central pool area and the club where they serve drinks and meals is very nice and we stayed there quite a bit. Then there is only a 5 minutes walk to the beach which is very nice. It is a bit far to go downtown (15-20 min in a car) but that's fine. Really everything we hoped this would be”

We had a great week in naples

We had a great week in naples. Matt was very helpful in arranging our stay. The place was nicely furnished with a beautiful view and only a five minute walk to the beach. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of five is that the brand new stage of the art workout facility was not completed as planned. that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this condo. This was of course not the host’s fault but was unfortunate none the less. In addition, be advised that it is a 25 minute drive to downtown Naples even though its only 12 miles because of traffic and lights.”

This is a luxuriously decorated and comfortable place. The hosts were generous and left me a bottle of wine, offered bicycles, and recommended places for fun. Can walk to beach and has an ocean view if you sit on the lanai although the high rises block most of the ocean. Very clean. ”

Great Place and great location

This was the second time for us in this condo, It is very comfortable and clean. Just a great place to spend a week of your hoilday. Will be nice to come back in 2019 Thanks Matt, I hope I can come back in 2019 ”

Wonderful Property With Amenities

This property in Naples was wonderful. We were steps to the resort-style pool, bar, restaurant and tennis courts. The on-site restaurant was our favorite in all of Naples that we visited. The beach was a 5 minute walk. The owner was very good with his communication and helped us find different amenities for our family. Highly recommended!”
