Your luxury vacation home at The Residence Club at PGA West is Spanish Colonial architecture at its finest, designed with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The home is fully furnished and decorated in warm earth tones. There are two master suites and a guest casita with a private entrance, a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances, state of the art electronics and high-speed internet, a two-car garage and a splendid great room that seamlessly opens to the magic of the desert beyond. A spacious patio hosts an inviting plunge pool, BBQ and fire pit with surrounding seating - perfect for those starry nights.
Concierge and bell services ensure that your every whim - from tee times to dinner reservations to pre-arrival grocery shopping - is dispatched with the utmost efficiency.
THIRDHOME members enjoy access to five championship courses: PGA West Jack Nicklaus Tournament, PGA West Stadium Golf, PGA West Greg Norman, La Quinta Resort Mountain and La Quinta Resort Dunes. Members also have access to the Owners Clubhouse with a beautifully appointed lounge, covered patio, and a refreshing pool with lap lanes. There is also a fully equipped fitness center and locker rooms for your convenience.

Guests must contact the Concierge at the Club prior to arrival for entry arrangements and further information.
Be advised that arriving before 7 pm Guests will be buzzed in by the front desk. Guests planning to arrive after 7 pm, please communicate with the front desk prior to 7 pm on the day of arrival. The concierge will give you instructions on how to access through the gate, access your villa, etc.
The Residence Club at PGA West will send an email 24 hours prior to arrival, for those arriving after 7 pm, with access information, villa number, and directions to the villa. It will also include a friendly reminder to come up to the Front Desk in the AM to check in and receive any necessary instructions.

The internet was down for a couple of nights, so we have to wait until morning to get it restarted. Pointed out a couple of shutters and doorknobs that were loose. Spacious Villa. Friendly staff. Back yard not as nice as our last stay. We learned Friday check-ins get units that don't have the full swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, etc as Thursday check-ins. Villas are a bit dark and dated, but very well kept and clean. Kitchens can be slightly better equipped. Noisy landscapers were there for 1 1/2 days starting at 6:40am ! But we enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse gym and pool are convenient and nice. ”

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was superb and always available to help. We loved the patio with very comfortable furniture and hot tub/small pool depending on how we wanted the temp. The kitchen had everything we needed and top of the line appliances. The house was beautiful with very spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was very nice! We used the workout room and the equipment was excellent. The swim pool was very nice and warm and had 2 x 25 yard lanes for lap swimming too. There were games in the clubhouse we could borrow. Over 100 golf courses to choose from in the county, and this particular home was large, comfortable, and very well-appointed. This home in LaQuinta was lovely, spacious and well equipped with a hot tub, pretty yard and enormous kitchen, family room and dining room. The 2 master bedrooms were very large and the third bedroom is set apart from the others for more privacy and is smaller like a studio. Private garage and driveway. The staff in the office area of the community were helpful and informative and hosted a little party for guests (and owners?) when we arrived. Golf was one of our focuses when we visited and we weren't unhappy with the courses in the area. And the restaurants were very good though some of them were quite a drive from LaQuinta. ”

We stayed in this lovely, well maintained home in December 2023 right before Christmas. This a quiet time in Palm Springs and perfect for hiking which is what we like to do in the desert. The friends who joined us are golfers so they were in heaven. The home is beautiful with everything you need including a private hot tub. The club house was a nice addition. It has a large pool but December was a bit cool for swimming. We attended a nice welcome party there. I highly recommend this property.”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this PGA home in lovely LaQuinta! Home has a great design and layout with all bedrooms completely private from one another. Living space is large, has a great flow and is very family friendly with a beautiful walk-out patio visible through an entire wall of glass. Doors easily glide open to a covered patio dining table, then an open patio with hot tub, firepit and more seating. Every amenity, appliance and utensil you would need is provided. Short walk to the clubhouse and you are at the pool and gym. This place is kept up beautifully and we would definitely stay again. Golf, of course, casino, great restaurants and shopping - all nearby. A great host answered every need. Stop Looking! This is the place!”

Very well appointed home within PGA West. The homes are fractional shared homes. Concierge and staff were very helpful. There was some construction noise but we were notified of that prior to booking. The pool,gym and grounds were very quiet and well maintained and beautiful. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. You do not have PGA West privileges when staying in the residences. For tennis and pickle ball you need to drive to public courts about 3 miles away. They can book a tee time on the Stadium golf course within PGA West. Overall we had a great time . ”

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The two large bedrooms off of the main living/dining area are large with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a separate attached casita with an en suite bathroom. The villa is beautifully furnished and offers indoor-outdoor living through the sliding glass doors that open to the patio and jacuzzi. As it was quite warm in early May we turned off the heat in the jacuzzi and used it as a plunge pool which was refreshing. The community pool area adjacent to the clubhouse is large with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful and made restaurant reservations for us prior to arrival. ”

The residence was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (every kitchen supply as well as bathroom amenities). Abbiamo soggiornato al PGA West Residences nell'aprile 2017. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile e la struttura era dotata di tutto il necessario. Dalle camere da letto alla cucina, dal patio esterno alla piscina a gradini, tutto era molto confortevole e in ottime condizioni. Le due suite padronali dispongono di ampie vasche da bagno, perfette per rilassarsi. Abbiamo anche potuto usufruire della palestra e della piscina olimpionica del clubhouse, entrambe ottime per fare un po' di esercizio durante la settimana. È stata una vacanza fantastica e non vedo l'ora di tornare presto. ”

Il servizio al PGA è stato eccellente: inizialmente cercavamo una vacanza a Palm Springs, dato che era la nostra prima volta in quella zona, ma la posizione di La Quinta ci è piaciuta molto per la nostra famiglia. La casa era come nuova e spaziosa, non abbiamo nemmeno usato la camera da letto aggiuntiva della casita. C'è una grande piscina presso il clubhouse che era quasi sempre vuota. L'unica pecca è stata il vento che ha soffiato durante la settimana in cui siamo stati lì e il fatto che non abbiano pulito la nostra piccola vasca idromassaggio, altrimenti l'avremmo usata, ma questo è tutto. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico!”

La casa è tutto ciò che ci si aspetta da una proprietà di 3rd Home e anche di più. Arredi splendidi, un salone magnifico e tre suite padronali identiche. Le portefinestre si aprono completamente e l'intera casa si affaccia sull'esterno. La grande vasca idromassaggio nel patio era della dimensione perfetta per far giocare le nostre nipotine mentre noi ci godevamo la splendida vista sulle montagne. La cucina era completamente attrezzata: qui si può davvero vivere. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e si è assicurato che sapessimo come funzionavano le cose, come la TV e i caminetti. Siamo stati invitati a un brunch pasquale al clubhouse con tutta la nostra famiglia ed è stato delizioso e divertente. Consigliamo vivamente una visita al Living Desert e al ristorante Jackalope Ranch. ”

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo l'enorme vasca idromassaggio all'aperto con il caminetto a gas proprio accanto. Mi sono sentita davvero come se vivessi nel lusso più sfrenato! Si tratta di una casa con 3 camere da letto, ma abbiamo scoperto la terza camera solo il giorno dopo perché abbiamo fatto il check-in fuori orario, ed è una casita indipendente separata. È stato fantastico e ci tornerei sicuramente! Il personale è stato fantastico. Tutto era come me lo aspettavo”

La piscina-spa a forma di "bobina" nel patio ci ha permesso di trascorrere un soggiorno davvero rilassante, sia di giorno che di notte. La mia famiglia ha soggiornato molte volte al Residence Club di PGA West. Ogni residenza è una spaziosa casa indipendente con due camere da letto matrimoniali, oltre a una casita annessa. Ogni aspetto di questa struttura è curato in modo impeccabile, con uno staff eccellente pronto a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza. Prendetevi del tempo per rilassarvi a bordo della piscina in stile resort, utilizzate le attrezzature per l'allenamento e pianificate le vostre attività con il personale disponibile e competente. Oltre alle numerose opzioni disponibili per una partita di golf, ci sono molte altre cose da fare nella zona di La Quinta/Palm Springs, tra cui: il Palm Springs Air Museum, il General Patton Memorial Museum, il Joshua Tree National Park, la Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, il Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, Palm Canyon, tanti ottimi ristoranti e opportunità di escursioni, e l'elenco potrebbe continuare all'infinito. Questo è stato il nostro secondo soggiorno al PGA West, che offre diverse residenze "3rd Home", tutte con la stessa planimetria e arredate con gusto da professionisti. Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente, dall’inizio – con la conferma della prenotazione – fino alla fine, con l’assistenza durante il soggiorno. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema né abbiamo avuto bisogno dell’aiuto del concierge, ma sapevamo di poter contare su un supporto immediato in caso di necessità. Il PGA West è solo uno dei numerosi complessi residenziali recintati presenti in questa zona turistica dedicata al golf di La Quinta. La sicurezza è garantita 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, e i giardini e la club house sono tenuti in modo impeccabile. La nostra villa era perfettamente pulita, ben fornita e pronta per il nostro arrivo. Le camere da letto e i bagni sono bellissimi, ben forniti di prodotti da bagno e per il corpo L'Occitane e dotati di ampie cabine armadio. La biancheria da letto e da bagno era abbondante e di ottima qualità. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato era arredata in modo molto simile a quella che avevamo prenotato l'anno scorso. Comprendeva due ampie camere da letto e bagni e una casita separata. 6 ospiti starebbero molto comodi qui e godrebbero anche di privacy. La cucina era ben attrezzata e abbiamo usato sia il barbecue a gas che il forno per preparare diverse cene in casa. Una sera abbiamo invitato degli ospiti a cena e questa casa è perfetta per intrattenere gli ospiti. Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante nel deserto: una fuga dal rigido inverno a casa! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare l'anno prossimo. Susan e Richard Bottomley”

Il Residence Club al PGA West è un posto fantastico dove soggiornare. Le villette sono ben progettate, arredate con gusto e pulite in modo impeccabile. Ognuna dispone di una propria piscina privata, perfetta per rinfrescarsi durante il giorno o per godersi un momento di relax serale. La Clubhouse offre una palestra, un'ampia area piscina e serve caffè, succhi di frutta e snack durante tutta la giornata. È ben attrezzata e rappresenta un luogo ideale per rilassarsi. Sarei felice di poter soggiornare al Residence Club ancora e ancora. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale e le case sono tra le più belle in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato.”

Da oltre 20 anni visitiamo la zona di Palm Springs e abbiamo soggiornato in diverse strutture ricettive. La nostra villa a PGA West ha superato ogni aspettativa ed era incantevole. La villa era arredata con gusto, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutti i comfort che solitamente si trovano in un resort di lusso. La suite con camera da letto principale e bagno era molto confortevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la vasca idromassaggio/piscina, il braciere e i pasti all’aperto. Tutte e tre le suite sono di buone dimensioni, dispongono di bagno privato e la disposizione degli spazi favorisce la privacy. 3 coppie potrebbero soggiornare comodamente nella villa. Il concierge è stato molto disponibile prima del nostro arrivo e la procedura di check-in si è svolta senza intoppi. L'unica altra osservazione che vorremmo fare è che questa villa, così come molte altre offerte da 3rd Home, non è realmente una "seconda" casa. Non c'è un proprietario che viva parte del tempo in questa villa, né ci sono tocchi personali che ti facciano sentire come se fossi in visita a casa di qualcuno. Ci è stato detto che tutte le ville sono arredate allo stesso modo e hanno layout e viste esterne simili. La villa assegnata è gestita dal sistema di gestione dell'inventario del PGA West Residence Club, quindi l'unità fisica della villa e l'indirizzo della proprietà vengono forniti solo pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo. Questa organizzazione non ha sminuito la casa, ma sarebbe stato utile saperlo in anticipo, soprattutto guardando le foto sul sito web. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno tramite 3rd Home. Richard e Susan”

Le residenze del PGA WEST sono spaziose, lussuose, confortevoli e ben arredate. È stata la destinazione perfetta per una riunione di famiglia. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario all’interno e comprende un patio privato e una grande vasca idromassaggio sul retro. Inoltre, in loco sono presenti una sala fitness e una piscina a disposizione di tutti i proprietari. Il personale è competente e cordiale e il servizio è eccellente. La zona di La Quinta offre ottimi ristoranti, campi da golf, da tennis e altre attività all’aria aperta. È vivamente consigliata.”

Questa è stata la nostra seconda occasione in tre mesi di goderci il Residence Club e il PGA West. Abbiamo intenzione di tornarci a maggio. Oltre a esplorare la scelta infinita di fantastici campi da golf nei dintorni del Club (abbiamo giocato per sette giorni di fila), era in corso il Palm Springs International Film Festival. Sembra che ci siano sempre eventi interessanti a cui partecipare quando si è nella Coachella Valley. Regalatevi, insieme ai vostri amici, un soggiorno al Residence Club e al PGA West.

È stata una vacanza fantastica. L'alloggio era meraviglioso e tutto il personale della struttura ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro nel farci sentire i benvenuti. La disposizione della casa era perfetta. L'unica cosa che avrebbe potuto essere un problema è che pensavamo di avere una casa con 3 letti king size, invece erano 2 letti king e 2 letti singoli. È stato un viaggio fantastico. La casa è semplicemente stupenda!! Eravamo solo in tre e avevamo a disposizione camere enormi. Avremmo potuto tranquillamente dividerle in due. La cucina è all’avanguardia. Adoriamo cucinare e intrattenere gli ospiti, e la casa era semplicemente perfetta per il nostro cocktail party. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche la grande vasca idromassaggio sul retro. Siamo appassionati di golf, quindi giocare al PGA e negli altri campi da golf della zona ha reso il viaggio davvero indimenticabile!! Ci è piaciuto proprio tutto!!”

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno all'inizio dell'autunno al PGA West. La villa era arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. La piscina riscaldata è stata una vera delizia, poiché offriva una vista sul tramonto che si stagliava su un paesaggio spettacolare e ci ha permesso di ammirare il magnifico cielo notturno nella fresca aria del deserto. Senza dubbio, un paradiso per i golfisti (e per gli amanti dello shopping).

Il PGA West Residence Club è un complesso residenziale di lusso di alto livello. Le abitazioni sono spaziose e ben distanziate tra loro, garantendo così un’esperienza all’insegna della privacy e della tranquillità. La struttura è tenuta in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo soggiornato qui diverse volte e ci torneremo sicuramente. Prendetevi il tempo per visitare il Parco Nazionale di Joshua Tree, a solo un’ora di distanza dal PGA West. Questo è anche un vero e proprio paradiso per gli appassionati di golf, con un numero di campi straordinari superiore a qualsiasi altra parte del mondo.
