This luxury contemporary-mountain home is a brand new build just completed in late 2018 and ideal for two couples for a weekend getaway! You will have the home to yourself in a quiet neighborhood with lovely permanent residents as neighbors. The home provides you with WiFi for working couples for their ZOOM calls and a printer/scanner to continue your work while enjoying Wolf Creek Ski Resort 28 miles away, hiking and lakes all around or the famous Hot springs 10 minutes into town.

This private two-bedroom residence stretches over 2000 square feet and is tucked away in the pine trees on a secluded lot off the golf course, a good distance from the fairway and on a quiet cul-de-sac. This sleek design makes for a charming retreat and has everything you’ll need.

When you enter this home, the great room lies straight ahead, boasting a dazzling, sleek wall with a modern fireplace. A gorgeous Lotus light hangs above the dining table, casting light that mixes with the soft, natural glow that flows in through the large glass sliders and windows all across the back for fantastic views. These windows face gorgeous vistas of beautiful snow in the wintertime and tall, beautiful majestic pine trees. The kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up a delicious meal on an intimate night in. A NutriBullet is provided for your healthy smoothies before hitting the slopes to ski or your hike.

Upstairs, you’ll find the gorgeous master bedroom up in the trees with a modern soaker tub, while the guest bedroom is downstairs on the main floor is very private. Both have spacious, en-suite bathrooms with touch-tone mirrors for lighting and plush king-sized top of the line hotel beds designed explicitly for your comfort. Each bedroom and the Great Room space have flat-screen TV's with full Cable.

Sunny and charming, Pagosa Springs is perfect for a laid-back and adventurous getaway. This Colorado town is a great getaway no matter the season, whether you're relaxing in the hot springs for which the city is famous or headed to the Wolf Creek Ski Area. There are many amazing hiking trails in the area, perfect for taking in the scenic vistas, and when you've worked up an appetite there are hearty restaurants and fun breweries to try.
