Lovely house, hospitable owners and a beautiful environment

We had a wonderful stay at 313. Deborah and David the owners were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. The house is lovely, sited on a rise where we had a lovely view of the pool, the trees and the ocean at the back. The house had everything that we needed and it was meticulously furnished. We loved our time there in the Westernport Bay of the Mornington Peninsula where there are lovely wineries, great restaurants and a fantastic supermarket.”
