Set in the quiet Dripping Springs community of Winchester, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home accommodates up to 14 guests in approximately 2,200 square feet of single-level living. The property offers a peaceful neighborhood setting near Tims Ford Lake, with Twin Creeks Marina and downtown Winchester approximately five minutes away.
The open living and dining areas connect with a fully equipped kitchen designed for group stays. Three bedrooms each have a king bed, while the fourth is arranged as a bunk room with two full-size bunk beds. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and double vanity, while the remaining bedrooms share a second full bathroom off the hallway.
Entertainment is a major feature of the home. A private theater room has four reclining theater-style seats and a cocktail table with seating for four. The separate game room includes shuffleboard, ping pong, two arcade games and foosball. Multiple televisions, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and an electric fireplace provide additional comfort throughout the stay.
Outside, guests can relax in the covered private hot tub, gather around the firepit or enjoy the charcoal grill and furnished outdoor areas. The home is not waterfront. A partial water view can be seen from the primary bedroom window, while guests have exclusive access to a private dock area on Tims Ford Lake approximately two to three minutes away by the included six-seat golf cart. The dock includes a private boat slip, two kayaks and a waterslide, and guests may also drive to a small parking area near the dock.
Twin Creeks Marina and downtown Winchester are approximately five minutes away for restaurants, coffee shops, boating services and local conveniences. Bear Trace at Tims Ford is within approximately 10 minutes, while Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg is within approximately 30 minutes. Seasonal lake levels may prevent boat storage at the dock from November through early April, although guests can still visit the dock and use the kayaks when conditions permit.
