Fabulous in every way

Woodwell is a very special home, both architecturally and design-wise as well as being in the most idyllic location within easy walking distance of Salcombe. The views from the upper floor open plan living area across the estuary are superb and ideal for watching the ever changing weather patterns. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Every little detail is thought of. The owners and local manager were very helpful and provided lots of advice on where to visit and recommendations for local restaurants. We would highly recommend Woodwell and hope to return soon!”

Outstanding home in Salcombe, on the Devon coast of England

Woodwell is a Luxurious, contemporary home and with spacious and connected living spaces, an absolutely fabulous kitchen and two bay window seating areas with big, big views of the English Channel and Salcombe Estuary. The home is clad in native stone and tile which belies its modern interior. It has a superior and coveted, waterfront location and is only a 5 minute walk to the charming and historic village of Salcombe. The owners have meticulously maintained Woodwell and it has every modern convenience and upgrade. The towel warmers are perhaps the nicest surprise after a dash through the rain with the day's shopping in hand. The property manager, Chris, met us here personally and gave us a tour and orientation of the property that was very helpful. The owner also thoughtfully provisioned us with some local temptations of cheeses, wines and snacks. In summary, I'd say this visit, Woodwell and the entire 3rd Home process have been of the highest caliber in terms of quality, service and professionalism”
