Ponte Vedra Villa

Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach home with views of the Guana marsh (and limited ocean view from the boulevard). This idyllic sanctuary is conveniently located on Ponte Vedra Boulevard a mile north of Sawgrass Country Club and approximately 2 miles south of renowned Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. Access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast is via a deeded access path directly across the street.

This recently renovated 3,500 sq. ft. house offers all the modern comforts and a serene beach vibe. The main floor boasts vaulted ceilings throughout as well as wonderful views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Guana (a vast Marshland area which is quite spectacular at sunset!)

The kitchen has a scenic view of the Guana and is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes, conveniences and accoutrements of your own kitchen. There is a "party island" in the center with a bay window area facing the Guana which has a dining table that seats six. A bar counter with two barstools separates the kitchen from the lovely family room. This room of comfort has Atlantic ocean views to the east and Guana views to the west. It includes two sofas, two chairs, 48" TV, state of the art stereo system and 4 person "game" table.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and large master ensuite bathroom with a "sunset shower." Upstairs is a second bedroom with over-sized twin beds. The down stairs offers an oversized entertainment room including 60" TV, queen sleeper sofa and four comfortable chairs. French doors lead to a small patio and fenced in backyard with views of the Guana. A hall leads to two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a large closet. There is a well appointed Jack and Jill bathroom with individual sink and make up vanity and a joint shower tub toilet area.

Step onto the fabulous outdoor deck facing the guana which has both a Big Green Egg and grill for outdoor cooking. The sunset makes for an incredible setting while preparing a meal or enjoying a cocktail. A spiral staircase from the deck leads up to the roof top widows peak which provides a beautiful 360 degree panoramic views of the ocean and marsh, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Additionally, the homes has a good size laundry room with a washer/dryer. Directly off the downstairs entertainment room is a two car garage, which is equipped with fat tire beach bikes, numerous beach chairs, toys, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.

The house also offers high speed WiFi, Sonos system, cable TV, 2 state-of-the-art stereos, Blue Ray DVD players and individual HVAC zones for both levels.
