Bridgehampton Farmhouse

With landscaping designed by Jack deLashmet and Associates, its no wonder this well-appointed 5 bedroom farmhouse was featured in Architectural Digest. Originally built in 1840, the home has been able to keep its old world charm while still offering all of the modern amenities that come with luxury living.

The living room welcomes you with chic design, dark hardwood floors, and natural sunlight. Feel the summer breeze as you open up the French doors and take a seat on the plush couches and designer chairs. The room is filled with neutral tones, and accents of color to add a contemporary feel to the farmhouse. Everyone can gather around and watch the flat screen TV, or enjoy a cozy fire in the handcrafted fireplace.

The chef’s kitchen is sylish and modern. It’s the perfect place to cook up a hearty family meal after a day exploring the outdoors or enjoying the nearby beaches and shopping. The countertops are sleek and polished; the perfect place to start cooking up a dish!
You will have access everything you need, including a Kitchen Aid, among other modern amenities for ease. The stainless steel appliances will come in handy when everything is prepared and ready to go in the state of the art oven. Store produce and other groceries in the full refrigerator with attached freezer.

Once everything is prepared, enjoy a family meal at the Belgian oak table with wicker chairs, and charming country light fixtures and décor. The sun-filled room fosters family gatherings and conversation.

After a day exploring the area, you will be able to retire to any of the 5 spacious bedrooms filled with country-inspired furnishings. The master boats a king-size bed, and is en-suite for optimal privacy. The room is adorned in neutral tones, a cozy fireplace, hardwood floors, and windows throughout for excellent views and soft natural sunlight. The bathroom has a standalone tub, spacious walk-in shower, and vanity with bright, clean countertops and walls.

The other four bedrooms have either a king bed or queen bed. Each room is lovingly decorated to make you feel at home, relaxed, and ready to start the day for some true family time.

On an acre and a half, accompanied by a 100 year old maple tree, summer days and evenings are spent on the screened in back porch. Pick the perfect vegetables and herbs for dinner in the backyard garden. Enjoy the red brick fireplace on cooler nights and sit on the cozy Belgian seating that carries the rustic theme of the home outside. For those idyllic summer evenings, you can dine al fresco at the patio dining table and enjoy a cocktail under the stars!

During the day, lounge around the swimming pool located near the guest house. If you are looking to enjoy a day at the beach, you are a short drive away from some of the Hampton's best beaches, like Sagg Main Beach. After a day at the beach, enjoy a day at the many art galleries, exploring the history of the area, or one of the wineries.
