A center island in the middle of the kitchen provides ample space for food prep and contains a flat gas cook top, while a side counter bar lined with several tall bar stools offers additional seating.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on this main level, including the master bedroom, which also boasts a full wall of windows that look out onto the lake. The master bath has two separate his and her sinks and cabinets (the 'her' sink has extra vanity space and shelves), a stall shower, jacuzzi bathtub, and separate toilet. A second bedroom and full bath is also on this level.

On the lower level is a recreation area that features a fireplace, TV, sofas for lounging, and a card table. This room has direct access to the outdoor entertainment area. On the lower (lake) level are the other two bedrooms, each which include separate sitting areas. All of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bath and TV, and three of the four bedrooms have lake views.

Outside you'll find a wonderful venue for entertaining and family complete with a pool and spa hot tub, large deck, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill. The home also has an assigned boat slip, so feel free to bring your own boat or hire one for your vacation.

Cuscowilla has a highly acclaimed course designed by two time Master's champion Ben Crenshaw and architect Bill Coore. It rates as the #1 semi private course in Georgia. Views of Lake Oconee can be seen from 13 holes. There are also over 10 other private courses in the Lake Oconee area.

Cuscowilla has a clubhouse restaurant and The Waterside restaurant, which is one of the best in the area. It is a great wedding and special event venue. They have full- time Event Managers to help plan special events.

The lake itself is a beautiful expanse of water with plenty of opportunities for fishing, tubing, skiing and swimming. This Cuscowilla property is also great for walking and biking, as it has a flat terrain with beautiful views!
