It is located just one block from the marina and just a short 5-minute walk to nearby top-rated restaurants such as Le Bilboquet, Barron's Cove, The Beacon, Tutto Il Giorno, Sen Sushi, Lulu Kitchen & Bar, Sag Tavern, and the famous American Hotel. It is also walking distance from the Bay Theater.

It is just a ten-minute drive to Bridgehampton ocean beaches and walking/biking distance to bay beaches. There are lovely markets such as Provisions, Cavianola, Carissa's and Harbor Market for gourmet food purchases. Paddle boarding and other water sports are available for rental in the town center. Centrally located, Sag Harbor is equidistant to East Hampton and Southampton.

The main home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 two-bunk bedroom). There are two flat screen TVs with full streaming services and the house has wifi and Sonos wireless premium sound. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator and water purification system. There are two full and one-half bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower. This home is completely renovated with central air conditioning.

The home enjoys a beautiful gunite swimming pool, an outdoor dining space and seating areas including umbrellas, chaise lounges for sunbathing, as well as 2 lovely porch swings. There is also a propane grill for outdoor eating with the family.

The secondary cottage has two additional bedrooms and a full bath (1 queen and 1 full bed, shower, but no tub) together with another comfortable living area. These bedrooms have window unit air conditioning. There is also a wet bar with a soapstone sink, a mini refrigerator, an 85" flat screen TV and a Peloton Bike Plus.

Sag Harbor Hidden Gem

Our family is just beginning our drive leaving Sag Harbor and we are already missing it! This home is the most perfect home away from home in every way. Tastefully decorated and very cozy. Well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was perfect for our kids, very clean and just the right size. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful, our son had a wonderful time playing baseball in the yard! The owner was available for all of our questions and was extremely accommodating. The house is a short walk to town, we were able to walk for coffee in the mornings and dinner at night. Sag Harbor is a hidden gem!”

Fantastic stay in Sag Harbor!

My husband & I just returned from a week in Sag Harbor. The house was a 10 across the board. It was a hidden gem in the Hamptons where there are mega mansions & this house had charm & sophistication that far surpassed what the majority of Hampton homes have. Every detail was exquisite. Wonderful Stay in Sag Harbor

This is a lovely home in a prime location. We were able to walk to town, yet it was very private and quiet. The back yard is especially peaceful, with a well maintained pool and tall hedges. House is very comfortable, great for a family get-together. Kitchen, bathrooms all tastefully updated and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
