DC GEM!!

My husband and I stayed in this well appointed condo while visiting our daughter over the Christmas holidays. We loved that it was walking distance to Georgetown and only a ten minute drive to her house in the Palisades. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on in any vacation home. There are two full bathrooms, so we were able to each enjoy our own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked should you want to cook but there were so many great restaurants within walking distance that we ate every meal out except for breakfast. We did enjoy working out in the top floor gym one day. The property is located in a very safe, attractive area of DC. We look forward to a return visit!”

A memorable week in DC!

We absolutely loved staying in Phil’s place during our weeks stay in D.C. The location was perfect for us as we were keen to get stuck into the touristy parts of DC. As well as being near tourist spots it was conveniently located to a subway station (5 min walk to Foggy Bottom) and a grocery store (2 min walk to Trader Joe’s). Plus a 10-minute walk into Georgetown, which was a fabulous area of DC, The place was spotless on arrival, beautifully furnished and the kitchen had a load of great amenities which we used frequently. Communication with Phil was great, too. He was more than happy to help us with any queries we had during our stay. I would totally recommend Phil’s place if you’re looking for a great apartment to stay in while in DC! ”

Loved Our D.C. Vacation!

We had a wonderful visit! The condo is beautifully appointed and in a fantastic neighborhood. All of the highlights of D.C. were just a short uber ride away. The restaurants in Georgetown were great, nice variety and close by. The Tatarowiczs were lovely hosts.”

Great condo in great location.

This condo is perfect for a couple's getaway in the city. The condo has been recently renovated and very tastefully done. The owners were very easy to work with and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. While it is listed as a 2br, please note that the second bedroom is really a sitting area (note the description accurately reads - "2 guests maximum"). The 2 bathrooms are both very nice. There is a heated pool and workout center one floor above as well. ”

We had a great time in DC. The Condo was very modern with beautiful big screen televisions that were a bit intimidating to use, but well worth the effort. The kitchen had everything we could need. The location near Foggy Bottom, was very easy to navigate from. Uber and Lyft rides were there in 1one to three minutes and trains and buses were only a five minute walk away. We did lots of walking, including georgetown University, monuments and The White House. We also liked having Trader Joe's only two blocks away. ”
