Welcome to our cottage located in the lovely beachfront community of Sea Bluff. This newly refurnished three bedroom, two bath, 1,500 square foot town home features spacious interior living areas, and sunny exterior decks with all new furniture and umbrellas.
The living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings and are comfortable and spacious. Centered around a large, flat screen TV is the family area. Here, there are two couches and a cushy chair, with beautiful tables made of rustic wood. This area is warm and welcoming with natural light beaming from floor to ceiling.
Cooks will love the airy, functional kitchen that contains granite counters, a plethora of cooking utensils, and a breakfast nook. The tall ceilings and sliding-door patio entrance make this the perfect spot to gather around for a hearty breakfast before hitting the waves. On the other side of the kitchen counters is the dining area with its long, wooden table and seating for eight.
The master suite is bright and warm. It houses a king size bed topped with fun, turquoise bedding. Also, there is a flat-screen TV, wet bar, and access to the patio. The master bathroom features a double vanity with a large mirror, and plenty of space for guests to unpack all of their things. Inside the second bedroom, there is a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and spacious dresser. The loft bedroom has two, twin beds, a flat screen TV, and is great for kids. Guests staying in the second and loft bedroom, share a spacious bathroom that also houses the in-house washer and dryer.

Great Way to Spend the 4th of July!
The perfect Stay-cation for us was at the Seaglass Cottage in Encinitas. From the perfectly appointed beach decor to the quiet patio, just right for an afternoon nap our stay at this condo was paradise. We hosted a bridesmaid's brunch one day and everyone could not get over this beautiful, spacious condo. The private pier for viewing the fireworks was the icing on the cake. Thank you to Dawn for all of your hospitality -- we will definitely be back!”
Had a fantastic stay at the Seaglass Cottage. The townhouse is very spacious and cozy. Dawn and Phil were so lovely. The townhouse development is right on the ocean. The beach cruiser was great to ride into town and there is a bus stop in front of development as well, so if you get tired of riding! Encinitas had beautiful weather, I loved being so close to the ocean and the charming beach town. It was a truly wonderful stay. ”
