This home is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains at 9,100 feet. It is close to several ski areas, 9 miles from Breckenridge, 6 miles from Copper Mountain, 12 miles from Keystone, 18 miles from Arapahoe Basin, 26 miles from Vail, and 36 miles from Beaver Creek.

Being so close to everything makes this such an ideal spot! It is one mile from a 2,700 acre Lake Dillon. Sunset at the marina is the best place to be! Frisco is a resort town with many restaurants, bars and small shops right on Main Street. The privacy found here is remarkable, yet you are within walking distance to shopping and dining! Abbey's Coffee is a great local spot to enjoy morning coffee!

Breckenridge, just a short drive away, is a resort town with so much to do! They also have a great Main Street with shopping at places like North Face and Patagonia! The neighboring towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne, each offer their own unique experiences and amenities. The entire area offers excellent skiing in the winter, and great hiking and biking in the summer.
