North Carolina Getaway

Welcome to the Southern Outer Banks. This spacious three bedroom, four bathroom, 4,200 square foot waterfront home is located in historic Morehead City. This home will provide you with the calm that only the water can provide. It is tastefully decorated to provide you and up to 12 guests a vacation full of relaxation, laughter, and warm memories.

The home is beautifully furnished with two separate living rooms, so your group has ample room to relax. Guests will find it easy and enjoyable to sit back and watch the ships pass by, or pick up a book and read on the back porch.

A well-stocked kitchen allows you to easily prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen on the Dacor gas range. A Subzero refrigerator gives you plenty of space to store food for the afternoon barbecue. The kitchen has a large island with four bar stools for additional seating and enjoying morning coffee. If you prefer dining with a view, the dining room easily seats eight and faces the water!

Relax in the outdoor adirondack chairs with family and friends or maybe challenge the family to a game of pool, in the upstairs game room. Pull out the sleeper sofas and accommodate a few more couples! When you feel a chill creeping through the sun-washed air, turn on the gas fireplace and pour yourself a warm beverage.

On the first floor, just off of the living room, is the master bedroom. The master houses a plush, king size bed, private access to the outdoors, and a massive en suite bathroom.

Just up the stairs, guests will find two more bedrooms and another living area. In the first bedroom, there are light shades of pink and green, a queen size bed, and pyramid bunk. Mimicking this bedroom, the third bedroom is also fit with a queen size bed and pyramid bunk. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with large vanities and shower/bathtub combinations.

Guests will have access to the owner’s boogie boards, kayaks and canoes. Take the beach umbrella and chair for a quick trip across the bridge to play in the surf at Atlantic Beach. Wake early to witness the beautiful sunrise from the porch with a cup of hot coffee. Fish from the dock as you watching pods of dolphins swim through the water. Walk right out the back door and straight into the Intracoastal Waterway for your morning swim or collect clams for dinner!

There is a shared pool, tennis courts and basketball court that you can easily access. Outdoor hot/cold shower, gas grill, corn hole boards, canoes, kayaks are all available. Two car garage plus additional parking pads are available for our guests. Situated on two lots, this home offers complete privacy and solace.
