Casa del Sol is a 3-bedroom home with an attached 1-bedroom studio apartment. No need to worry about being too hot or cold in this 8,000 square foot home with its 3 air conditioning/heating units. The main part of the home has 3 bathrooms, 1 master suite with 1 King bed, a second bedroom with a 1 Queen, and a third bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. The office area off the master suite has a single fold out couch, and the upstairs game room has two fold out couches. The studio apartment’s master suite has 1 King bed and 2 single fold-outs, a full bathroom, and features a fully functional kitchen. All fold outs have upgraded memory foam mattresses. The 900 sq ft garage is plenty roomy for your own toys. Also, you are welcomed to use both kayaks.

If by chance you need a break from the ocean, there are four 50” TV’s, a 9’ professional pool table, lots of family board games, and a variety of karaoke cd’s to sing along with to your heart’s content.
