Wonderful staff and accommodations

Lovely villa with full compliment of staff great décor and fully equipped. Unable however to give it 5 stars due to the mandatory tipping policy and the requirement to pay guest membership fees to the resort. ”

Peaceful Paradise

What a wonderful week we had at the Wheelhouse! The Villa is beautiful and the views are spectacular. We started off with a few days of rain, but the staff, especially Gavin came up with all kinds of fun things for our kids to do! The Resort is terrific and has something for everyone - golf, water sports and much more. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us and I think we all gained 10 lbs from Tasi-Ann's wonderful food! I would highly recommend a stay and we hope to visit again soon!”

Total Relaxation!

Our stay at the Tryall Wheelhouse was only made better by the wonderful staff !!! They attended to our every need, even when we didn't know what we needed! The chef, Elaine, was excellent! Wonderful views and great staff

We recently stayed at the Tryall Wheelhouse in January of 2014. We travelled with four other couples, all of whom were looking to get away for a relaxing week and from the busy demands of work. The Wheelhouse villa and staff met all of our expectations and more. The villa has a spacious great room with stunning views of the ocean, ample lounge chairs and seating around the pool and six very private bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. There were 8 of us in our group; however the villa was very spacious there was room for more than our group. The resort has lots of activities which include golf, tennis, a fully equipped gymnasium and a beach club. The best part of our vacation experience however was the attentive staff at the wheelhouse that tended to our every need. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel right at home (hats off to Roderick our Butler and Elaine our chef) for the attentive care and great meals they provided. Dinners ranged from Elaine's special welcome chicken, to red snapper escovietch, to ackee and salt fish and fresh lobster. The gardener and housekeeping staff were equally great and ensured the villa was spotless. Noel, our private driver took us to Negril for a beach excursion for a day and then to watch the sunset at Rick's café. We have been to many nice villas and resorts in the past ... however what made the Wheelhouse so special was the attentive service provided by the staff and the privacy the villa provided for a larger group. Our stay was truly five star with amazing service from the dedicated staff, they were attentive and professional. The whole experience was faultless and we can't wait to return. What a wonderful home and setting. The resort is first class. Golf, beach, tennis and a great club house. We went for a family week...14 of us. The staff and chef are awesome. Great home, pearched high on a hill to take in the Caribbean Sea. I would highly recommend this property.”

Wonderful Time in Jamaica

Our family had a wonderful time in Jamaica in May.The accommodations were more than adequate . The house staff were all very nice. The food delicious .We occasionally ordered off the menu and I have a garlic allergy.We kept ourselves entertained by local activities. The only downside came with the bad weather. I definitely would recommend this beautiful vacation spot. Kudos to all especially Dori. ”
