Beautiful view

I did not stay at this property but am writing the review after speaking to my sister. She reported the house is in a great location with a fantastic view. The pool is deep and partially shaded which keeps the water refreshing in hot Florida summers. She did say the property would benefit from some simple upgrades. Specifically plastic glasses and plates to use by the pool, new towels, ice cube trays (the water is not connected to the fridge to make ice), a full set of steak knives (there was only 1), and a deep cleaning inside. The outside needed some attention as well as there were a number of empty propane tanks, old deflated pool toys, hoses, a broken umbrella and cobwebs. She wants to thank the owners for being attentive and providing alternate accommodations at their other property a few miles away when the air conditioning went out and the repair guys could not get there till the next day”

Perfect Family Getaway

Fantastic location. Lilly, the coordinator, was equally as fantastic as the property itself. She was there to help immediately anytime we had questions and was very friendly. Lauren, the homeowner, was extremely helpful in providing an ExerSaucer and high chair for our infant to use. We had a great time!”

Location! Location! Location! This lovely home is right on the Intercoastal Waterway, and less than a mile from the Beach, in a quiet, gated community. There is lots of indoor/outdoor space making the home ideal for watching the passing yachts while having afternoon cocktails. The open concept brought great views from the entire home. There are many great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. (I suggest Kaluz which has really good seafood and a lovely setting). There is so much to do in the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach area, our week flew by quickly! This home is very well set up for young families, complete with an outdoor dollhouse! Lauren was very helpful with pre-arrival details and it was nice of her to check in with us mid-week. Thanks Lauren, and I hope to reserve your lovely Villa again!”

Great Waterfront Location, Walking Distance to the Beach

Jordan and Lauren Did a great job of making sure the home was ready for us and in answering our questions prior to arrival. We just live across the coast and chose the home for the ability to bring our boat for some fishing and diving. (We had unprecedented rain that week so we did not do as much on the water as we anticipated.) The dock had proper systems to keep our boat safe. We enjoyed the long water view. Due to rain we only used the pool once. But we did manage to walk to the private beach park and get in some long walks on the beach, The beach access is a great amenity all year round. There are also some nice restaurants just a few miles away in both directions. The home is a well equipped Olde Florida charmer not fancy but location is everything. We would visit again. Thank-you.”
