Bella Vista Breckenridge
Bella Vista Breckenridge
This property includes two homes on the same lot: the Main House has four bedrooms and the guest chalet has two additional bedrooms, making this a great property for larger families. As you walk in the Main House front door, you feel the warm and natural tones, from the sandstone fireplace, mood lighting, beamed ceilings, cherry shutters at the windows, and the radiantly heated wood floors. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 4,400 square feet complete with heated floors, guests of this home are about to get extremely cozy when it gets cold outside.
There is no need to rent a vehicle when staying at this house because of the short walk to Main Street and the two block walk to the Peak 9 lifts. You can always use Summit Express for transport to and from the airport.
The spacious, living area offers over-sized upholstered furniture with enough seating for eight guests to lounge about. Enjoy views of the mountain while cozying up to the gas fireplace and catching up with friends.
In the dining room, there is a table with seating for six. In addition, there is a breakfast bar with three bar stools. This open floor plan allows the dining room to flow nicely into the kitchen and to the living room.
The gourmet kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and top of the line stainless steel appliances including Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliances. Guests will find everything they could possibly need for a fabulous meal, from pots and pans to stemware and dishware.
The theater room is fit with Control 4 – Home Theater Automation. It is a bonus room that is located on the lower level of the Main House. The sofa converts into a queen pull-out. This bonus room gives Bella Vista a fifth bedroom.
In the upper level, guests will find two master suites and two guest bedrooms. Inside the master suites, guests will find a king size bed, LED TV, and private study. The carpeted floors and fireplace will keep guests warm, day and night. The ensuite bath has every luxury feature you could possibly imagine – shower and tub with porcelain tempered glass, heated towel rack, rain-head shower head, and an enclosed steam shower. The two guest suites are very similar to the master suites, only they have queen size beds for a cozier sleep.
For additional space and bedding, you'll find two very comfortable bedrooms in the second home. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. This home allows for a bit more space and privacy if needed.
Outside, the lawn is beautifully landscaped and makes for a perfect place to enjoy a picnic, read a book, watch the kids play, take a nap, or simply look at the view of the mountains!
The gas grill is an outdoor feature that two properties share. It is great for holiday cookouts, those who enjoy grilling, and is a great gathering spot. The hot tub is extremely private and features a small refrigerator, lighting, mountain views, bar with glasses, audio system, and fully stocked with towels.

Our party of 9 (5 adults, 4 children ages 8-12) had a fantastic trip to Breckenridge, Colorado this July. We were traveling from TX and VA so it was a welcome relief from the oppressive heat and humidity of the southeast and southwest! Brian's home, Bella Vista Breckenridge, was absolutely perfect for our family. We used both properties (the main house of 4 bedrooms and the guest cottage of 2 bedrooms) and despite lots of stairs (having broken my foot 5 days before the trip, it was a lot of climbing between the main room and bedrooms), it was the perfect accommodation. The kitchens are very well equipped for full dining and our amateur chef in our party cooked most nights. You cannot ask for a better location...2 blocks from the main street in town. The family loved the hot tub in the barn and being so close to all the shops. Breckenridge is the cutest town, with lots to offer and it was a great summer retreat. Our highlights included watching the local theatre production of The Play That Goes Wrong, whitewater rafting down Brown's Canyon/Arkansas River, horseback riding, the Country Boy Mine tour and gold panning, and general shopping and eating in town. For the fishermen out there, we had a fun experience trying it at Frisco, Marina. Brian's property manager was wonderful - he stopped by several times to address any little thing that he noticed (which we didn't even know was broken) and the cleaning crew was prompt. The house has the feel of a well trafficked vacation rental (cleaning crew does a good job with weekly turnover but our nitpicky family did a deep clean of all the plantation blinds, and dusted behind the headboards) but it was very comfortable, with very nice, well equipped bathrooms, tons of towels, and everything was working well. We forgot there was no A/C in the houses, but there are PLENTY of fans you can use to cool down the rooms in daytime, and the evenings get nice and cool. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. It's a great gem for Third Home! Thank you, so much, Brian, for opening up your home to us all! Meredith Larson and family”
Our third visit to Bella Vista and although we thought we had it all, it just gets better! It’s a lovely house with everything you need in good supply. Excellent location - so convenient having a short walk to Main Street and thank you Brian for the restaurant tips - we loved The Blue Fish. We had some great snowfall during our stay which made it one of our best ski holidays in Breckenridge so far! Would highly recommend this property,”
Thank you again for another excellent stay in your property. It truly has everything you need and more. Well equipped rooms, luxury bathrooms, great kitchen/diner/sitting for all to enjoy and a super cinema room. You even arrange a great snowfall for us late in the season! The skiing was amazing!! Highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed! ”
