Cape Cod Beach House

Beautiful charming Cottage on the ocean! Very friendly town. Wonderful seafood! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to this beautiful setting another time. Debra and Timothy Specht ”

An ocean front gem

What a beautiful place! Pictures don't do justice. Breathtaking ocean views all around, quaint and luxurious touches throughout, plus the convenience of beach access - this is the perfect beach home for anyone who wants a peaceful and intimate "ocean front getaway". My only wish is for a nicer weather during our stay. But even in a cloudy or stormy day, it still has its own beauty. Look forward to coming back again!”

Lovely house, very well tended, with stunning views of the ocean, steps to the beach, southern exposure, ocean breezes, moon glow on the water, spaces to sit and relax, indoors and out. Great little historic neighborhood, and easy walk to shops and restaurants in Harwich Port, both a plus.”

Georgia visitor

The location of this home is ideal for those interested in touring Cape Code. We did enjoyable day trips to ProvenceTown ( P-Town per the natives), Martha's Vineyard, and others. At Martha's V. we rented bikes for the day. Numerous quality eating locations. About a 2 hour drive out of Boston. The weather was excellent ( 1st week of fall) and the tourists were minimal. The house sits approx. 30 yards from Atlantic and has a very nice deck...sipping wine and cigars were done nightly. In addition there is a deck on the second floor outside the two main bedrooms. The house is open and modern. There is only one shower in the house which is on the main floor so if you are traveling with family you need to incorporate planning for its use; second floor has a full bathroom with a nice spa type tube which has great view of the ocean. Access to the second floor is via a nice oak spiral staircase....could be tricky if someone has difficult climbing stairs. Owner proved very thourough instructions regarding locks, garbage, etc. which were very helpful.”
