A wood burning fireplace and French sliders lead the way out to the back deck and private backyard with a heated pool for seasonal use from mid May to mid September. So, you can enjoy the renowned beaches throughout the Hamptons, or a glorious pool day back home.

The spacious master suite, sited down the hall and away from the rest of the house, offers ample privacy. The home offers a second en-suite bedroom, two additional bedrooms that share a large hall bathroom and two bedrooms on the lower level that share a bathroom as well, making for a great setup for families, or couples traveling together, etc.

Outside, lush perimeter and ornamental landscaping surrounds the dining deck and a heated pool. The home sits at the end of a quiet cul de sac that backs up to undeveloped land, ensuring a quiet and peaceful respite.

This charming home is wonderfully located, just less than a mile from East Hampton Village amenities, including restaurants, shops, as well as East Hampton's beautiful beaches. The house comes complete with surround sound, Sonos, beach chairs, paddle boards, beach towels and an outdoor shower.

While most think of the Hamptons as simply a summery beach destination, don't hesitate to visit late spring into fall. Before and after the school crowds come, you can find wide open beaches and a true escape from it all. Shops and restaurants remain open and inviting with lesser crowds. For activities, there's still much to do with spring and fall events, festivals, art shows and much more. And, you'll still be able to enjoy wonderful weather!

Phenomenal Stay

We had a phenomenal stay at Karen's wonderfully located and appointed home. The house was super comfortable and well situated in a cul de sac at the end of a nice quiet street. A mile walk to town, 5 minute drive to the beach and easy drives to Montauk, Sag Harbor and other Hampton area towns. Karen was always timely with responses whenever we had questions and provided a comprehensive list of area things to do and bars/restaurants to check out. Would absolutely come back! ”
