Reynolds MilliLago House is a gorgeous four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, 3500 square foot house conveniently located inside the exclusive Reynolds Plantation. Gaze out on sweeping lakefront views of the crystalline waters of Lake Oconee, nestled inside the same gates as the Ritz Carlton and Reynolds Plantation. Enjoy luxurious amenities such as an outdoor fire pit, a private dock, and exquisite decor and furnishings.

Reynolds Plantation is a 1500 acre vacation development with 80 miles of shoreline on gorgeous Lake Oconee. The Robb Report has named Reynolds Plantation "The Best of the Best" in Golf Resorts in the United States, with two of the courses were heralded as the Top 100 courses in the United States by Golf Digest Magazine.

While the golfers in your group are enjoying themselves on the 117 holes of golf available (18 more holes are being built), you can enjoy the peace, serenity, and soulfulness of the Ritz Carlton Spa, which was named one of the Top 5 Spas in the United States by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. While you are enjoying your day, your kids will love the fun and friendship of Reynolds Kids Camp or the Plantation Pool, Plantation Playground, Great Waters Pool, or the Reynolds Plantation Nature Center, where they will be able to see all the animals of the area. All golf tee times must be booked directly with the Golf Courses based on availability for nonmembers.

For a day filled with fun for the whole family, put your bathing suits on and take your clubs and cooler down to your private dock at "Reynolds MilliLago House." You can take a 5-minute boat ride to the Cuscawilla Restaurant called Waters Edge and then take the boat to Great Waters for an afternoon of playing and lounging by the pool, playing golf at Reynolds Great Waters Course, or just hitting the range. After all of this, you can enjoy a great dinner at Great Waters or take the boat around from Great Waters to the Ritz Carlton (13-minute boat ride).

After a day filled with fun in the sun, you will enjoy winding down at the award-winning Restaurants of Gaby's by the Lake at the Ritz Carlton, Linger Longer at Oconee Clubhouse, or some of the more refined dinings outside the gates of the Ritz Carlton at Filet's (2 Miles) and Silver Moon (5 Miles). Or you may want some casual dining at the Mellow Mushroom (7 Miles), Hugs (7 Miles), or Ice Cream Shop (7 Miles). Alternate favorite activities are dancing to the Jazz Band at night at the Ritz Carlton, Clay shooting at the Shooting Range (10+/- Miles), playing tennis at the tennis club (2 Miles), or hunting.

However, if you want to lounge at the house, you can fish from your private dock, cook out on the deck, or enjoy the many movies and shows on the 50" High Definition TV. 3 TVs are in "Reynolds MilliLago House." We completed a $250,000 renovation in 2007 and a $60k upgrade in 2015. The 2007 renovation included new wide-plank distressed hardwood flooring throughout the main level giving the entire house a prestigious "lake home" feel, fresh paint with designer colors on the interior and exterior, new front door and front facade with copper brow, new kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, new carpet downstairs, updated lighting and plumbing fixtures, new bathrooms featuring frameless shower and floor to ceiling tiling, and much more! A well-known Atlanta Decorator oversaw the renovation. New landscaping was included in the plan by an award-winning landscape artist. The 2015 renovation included: We have just completed $60k in renovations and upgrades to the lake home, which consists of a new firepit, new dock, new outdoor furniture, new paint, new furniture, new paintings on the wall, new landscaping down by the Lake, new fixtures, and new furnishings.
