Long Island Wine Country
Waterfront property on a private peninsula in the exclusive Nassau Point neighborhood of Cutchogue NY....smack in the middle of Long Island's Wine Country. The building is designed to look like a barn from the outside but feel like an open, modern loft on the inside. With close to 1/2 acre of land, it's the perfect place to toss a ball, or sit by the water's edge with a glass of local wine and a good book.
The property is situated between two bodies of water - a creek behind and a pond in front - making it perfect for kayaking or paddle-boarding (Both are available for rent and delivery), watching the swans or skipping rocks. The quiet of this waterfront retreat is interrupted only by the call of the birds or the gentle rustling of the deer as they pass through the property.
The home offers quality appliances and furnishings with a kitchen that comfortably sits six around the multi-functional island/dining area. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and plenty of privacy. The loft upstairs has a flat screen TV, couch and two twin beds that kids of all ages will find just right.
Nassau Point location is perfectly positioned in the heart of Long Island’s North Fork with proximity to all local towns and attractions. Whether you spend your days touring the vineyards, antiquing through the various towns, or meandering along one of the plentiful beaches, your North Fork stay will be enhanced by your return to this idyllic private retreat.

Great house in a great location.
House (which is like a converted barn) is wonderful: big, light and airy with incredibly high ceilings. Locations is lovely, close to all that the North Fork has to offer, but still quiet and secluded. Some little things that could use attention: no soap or toiletries of any kind in the one bathroom; no dishwasher (which would be fine, except that their was no dish soap either); no hangers in the closet, etc. But these are small omissions and easily corrected. Overall a great experience. Thanks.”
