Villa Stefan resort estate which sits atop 4.200 sqm of lush tropical garden, consist of several buildings, including the center Aula which is surrounded by two Master Bedroom cottages and four Guestroom cottages, also there is a self compound of staff quarter and a fully equip kitchen, all compounds have adjoining verandas or terraces .

This style is based on the concept of the traditional Balinese family compound with a separate building or “bale” for each function.

The villa offers several bed option to holiday makers; there are two master bedroom cottages, two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, all with air-condition, roof fan , mosquito nets, mini refrigerator, flat TV, satellite channel , DVD player, ipod dock, alarm clock, radio, safe, each luxurious bath room has bathtub, hot and cold water, hair dryer, and indoor shower. Everything you need during your stay.

All cottage with Balinese-style roofs and small patios attached. The unique design concept for the bathroom space allows you to a view of the surrounding area. Don’t be surprised when you find there are no curtains in the bathroom; the villa guarantees complete privacy and security. You can enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub while your eyes are soothed by colorful flowers.

The villa offers flexibility for larger number of family or friends staying together for a maximum of 20 guests. All rooms have private terrace and some has the overlooking of Sunda Strait, and all rooms use the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for peaceful relaxation at the end of your vacation day.

A Very Lovely Villa!

We visited this villa the first two weeks of February. Fauzy (the owner) took very good care of us. He communicated often and answered our numerous questions with great detail. THANK YOU!! He sent his driver to pick up from the airport.....that was so kind and so very much appreciated. The traffic was just horrible!! So it was nice not to have to drive ourselves after flying for over 23 hours. The journey by car to the home took over 3+ hours. There were tens of thousands of motor cycles (transportation of choice by many Indonesians) on the road - we were so intimidated- and we have driven in most of the 30+ countries we visited, we elected to cancel our rental car as soon as we could do so. The Villa's are individual 1 bedroom/1 bath style and quite lovely. If you are looking for a quite place to kick back and lay low....this is your perfect destination! The pool is great. The staff was excellent. They took very good care of us, and made us some lovely meals. They made our stay a pleasure. The house is a waterfront property but it is too rock to enter the water from the house. The beach is located next door to the property. So, here are our reasons for four stars rating and not five (because the villa and staff deserved a 5 star rating .....Unfortunately It rained every day - mostly from night until 10:00am, It was humid after the rain. The rain flooded the poorly drained roadway. At one point the road leading to the house was blocked to traffic. The area is very industrial. There are quite a few very large Petro chemical Companies located near by. Overall, we were not comfortable venturing out on our own, and there was not much to see or do close by. For that reason, we cut our intended stay short and flew on to Australia. By the way, It is absolutely necessary that you get local currency at the airport because it is difficult to do so near the home, and NO ONE or STORE takes US dollars. Other things to do...There are cheap flights to Bali and Bangkok. We enjoyed Bangkok, but did not use our tickets to Bali as originally planned. The hotel located on site at the airport is inexpensive, but lacks comfort....however, we stayed there to avoid missing our flights when necessary. ”
