Red Rocks Mountain Lodge
Enjoy luxury Living at it's finest in a 5,000 Square Foot Home on over 40 Acres in beautiful Colorado. Located just seven miles between Evergreen, CO and Morrison, CO (home of Red Rocks Amphitheater), twenty-four miles from downtown Denver, and less than forty-five miles to Loveland Ski Resort, this luxury home is centrally located so that guests can enjoy hours exploring in nature, and come back home to luxury.
The Red Rocks Mountain Lodge is fit with six, spacious bedrooms, but with the convenience of 40 acres at your fingertips, guests should be sure and take advantage of camping under the stars when the weather permits.
While on the property, guests will be able to enjoy the indoor hot tub and twenty-yard lap pool; play tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard on the sports court, and hike on over forty private acres. Even our youngest guests have their own kiddie pool!
The home also features a full kitchen, dining area, and great room with soaring ceilings and a fireplace. There are two, long dining tables inside by windows, so guests can enjoy the scenery during meal time. But for guests visiting during the more temperate seasons, be sure to take advantage of the outdoor dining area.
Less than a mile from the property is Mount Falcon Park where one can enjoy miles of hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking trails. On one of the many trails, hikers will be able to view the remnants of stone walls which are the cornerstone of what would have been a summer White House for US Presidents had it not been for an unfortunate lightning strike in the early 1900's.

Relaxing Private Retreat
We enjoyed our stay, especially the quiet setting and peaceful location. Our hosts were super helpful which made coordinating our arrival and departure easy. Greatly enjoyed using the pool and tennis court! Hope I can return again soon.”
This is an amazing property with total privacy, easy access, well furnished and best of all a pool room with three pools INSIDE! Our family spent a lot of time in the first floor pool space swimming and relaxing. We had beautiful weather so the outside sundecks and furniture were used too. The flock of 20+ wild turkeys also fun. The proximity to Denver is also huge for us as we would return for another stay if opportunity arises. Lastly, the owners and daughter Meghan were so gracious and helpful. TOP PROPERTY FOR SURE.”
What an amazing property. Larry and Suzanne couldn't have been more accommodating. They met us at the home and made us feel like family. The house is truly unique and the late night swims were really a treat. The home is wonderfully outfitted and there wasn't anything that was missing. As remote as it feels, it was 10-15 minute drive to some really amazing restaurants. We hope to visit again. Thanks for sharing your home. David & Philicia ”
Winter Wonderland in the mountains
My family and I had an amazing stay at the Red Rocks Mountain Lodge. It began snowing as soon as we ascended the mountains from Denver and by the time we arrived at the house everything was covered in snow. It was very majestic. Owners, Larry and Suzanne, were at the house to give us a tour and to show us how the indoor pool and hot tub were operated. They were incredibly nice and left a book of nearby restaurants, attractions, and activities. The house itself was very spacious and comfortable. We only had 5 people staying at the home when it can sleep up to 12, so we were never at a lack of privacy. All the bedrooms we stayed in were well appointed and featured views of the surrounding nature. On more than one occasion elk and herds of mule deer appeared outside the bedroom windows while we had our morning coffee. The hot tub and heated pool downstairs were great after a day of snowboarding or hiking. It was also stocked with plenty of pool toys for children. The dining room on the main floor is very big and could seat up to 12 for dinner. This home is perfect for larger groups or families with children. As far as hiking is concerned, Mt. Falcon County Park is a very short drive from the property and offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The home is also very close to Red Rocks Amphitheater for hiking or for concerts. For shopping and brewery exploration I'd recommend visiting Golden and Boulder. Both make great day trips. The Pearl Street shopping district in Boulder had a great mix of winter apparel brands, restaurants and breweries. Golden, most notably, is home to the Coors brewery. Denver itself is home to a huge variety of museums and entertainment. We spent a day snowboarding at Loveland Ski Area, which is a quick 50 minutes from the house. Great staff and snowboarding conditions. There are a variety of other ski areas to choose from. Larry and Suzanne recommended that we eat at 2 local restaurants, MacNation and Country Road Cafe. Both were incredible and located in the nearby towns of Evergreen and Kittredge respectively. I would highly recommend both. Overall, we had a blast at Larry and Suzanne's home. We went in February, but I get the impression that it's a great 4-season home with plenty of offer year-round. If you're looking for a peaceful and spacious family retreat I'd set your Property Watches on Red Rocks Mountain Lodge. Thank you, Larry and Suzanne, for a wonderful stay!”
