Beach vintage and modern amenities blend perfectly in this four bedroom oceanfront home. Original pine floors, paneled ceilings, wood shutters, and built in bookcases give a warm cottage feel enhanced by the renovated kitchen's cream colored cabinets, granite and cherry counter tops, farm sink, and stainless appliances. The adjacent dining area features a large bay window, corner cabinets, and can seat 10.
The living room, with a fireplace and wide pine paneled walls, is open and comfortable with large cushioned furniture, flatscreen tv and family friendly antiques. A glass pocket door opens to a separate sunroom with a seating area including a sofa bed and an office area (house has cable and wifi).
Upstairs are four bedrooms - two offer queen beds and gorgeous ocean views and open to a large glass wall deck. The remaining two bedrooms: one has a twin bed/ pop up full trundle and other a futon(full)/bunk bed.

The home has three separate decks; the large main deck with two eating areas, a teak dining set under a pergola decorated with festive lighting and a bar table under a "tiki" style umbrella. Also on this deck are two chaise lounges, a corner sofa seating area and Weber gas grill. This fenced/gated deck has a h/w rinse shower for sandy swimmers and storage for beach toys and chairs.

Lovely stay on Jersey Shore
We had a wonderful week enjoying the beach and exploring the New Jersey shore from Cape May to Sandy Hook. Patty was so nice and accommodating. The house was charming. Many thanks.”

Perfect place to relax
If you can't relax here, you probably need therapy. This is the most welcoming vacation home we have ever stayed in. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. A beautiful essentially private beach seems to go on forever. Great seafood restaurants in Point Pleasant at the harbour and Joe Leone's market is a MUST. Patty Finch is a 5 * hostess. Comfortable and easy to talk to.”

Such a lovely home!
This beautiful property isn't just a place to stay, it's a home. Patty is warm and hospitable and explained that it's been in her family for 3 generations! It's right on the beach - which makes it super convenient and you really don't ever need to leave. The beach is basically a private beach - despite the fact that it was labor day weekend, there weren't a lot of people there. The rooms are cosy and and the bathrooms are shared but that didn't take away from the fact that this is a really lovely home on the beach. ”
