Best furnishings and appointments: Each time we return there are new furnishings, this time replacement washer and dryer and a new sectional sofa in the main living space. Best kitchen appliances including an excellent set of knives Best pool Best ocean view and access Best sunrises and sunsets Best neighbors Best beach walks Best ocean sounds As we have, you will want to return again and again! ”

Great Coastal Get A Way

As always, Villa by the Sea does not disappoint. I love the organization of the house, as well as the layout. It's great to have a great place to eat within walking distance, as well as the beach, hot tub, and pool. This is my favorite property on NC coast so far! ”

Excellent from top to bottom

I had never been to Topsail and Villa By the Sea DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! It is evident from the condition of the home that the owner is very intentional about the decorating and all the other amenities from top to bottom. Beginning with my email exchange before the stay to her property manager meeting me at property when I checked in and checked out, this was a wonderful experience. The home was spotless and I loved how all the light/fan/outlet switches were labelled. The linens were in seals bags from the rental agency, which was also nice. I could not ask for anything more in a beach rental!!! ”

Better than home

We are very pleased that the owner has hosted once again. Amazingly comfortable and relaxing in peak and off-season. Quiet beach, exceptionally we appointed and equipped. We knew that we could expect toddler toys, “pack and play”, just really family friendly. Thanks, Maggie.”

Nicest beach accommodation we’ve enjoyed

This is a repeat visit. Loved it the first time and look forward to the next visit. Beautiful, spacious and perfectly maintained property, located in a less trafficked area of the NC coast. Short walk to a fishing pier. Elevator to main level, which had a suit; makes it friendly for limited mobility family as well as moving luggage and groceries to the well equipped kitchen. The suite on the top floor provides a grand view., and the mini-fridge coffee maker reduce the trips to the kitchen, Note, this is a duplex, albeit a very special one. This would be a fine spot to enjoy the tranquility of the beach in the shoulder seasons. Highly recommend.”

Relaxing week at a great condo

The home is very nice with an amazing kitchen (upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, upscale cabinets, etc). My husband did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the expansive kitchen which was well stocked. The whole home was recently renovated from top to bottom with new everything, including hardwoods and plush carpeting. I particularly enjoyed the Master bedroom with large flat screen TV and amazing views. My daughter and her friend enjoyed going to the beach and laying out on the multiple decks. The hot tub was a huge hit with all of us. We were fortunate to enjoy the home during off season as we had no neighbors. I think going off season is the best time to go (Spring or Fall). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. ”
