As soon as you step into this paradise home, you are graced with vibrant colors and classic beach décor. The interior is simply beautiful with a fresh kick. The kitchen shines with its new appliances and opens up to the living room. The living area offers spacious floors for the family to take advantage of and enjoy. From here, you can take a step outside to the lovely balcony that is gazing out at the deep blue sea. Luckily, this beach house has three incredible balconies making sure you can get that breathtaking view at all levels.

Each bedroom embraces its own spunky atmospheres with the lively colors and the revealing windows. Relax in the outdoor hot tub with friends and family overlooking the ocean and pool. In front of the house, sits the communal pool which is shared . The pool is open April 1- October 31. Toting groceries, suitcases, and grandparents will be a breeze with the private elevator.

Activities are abundant on and off the island. Swimming, deep sea charter fishing, jet skis, SUP, surf lessons, miniature golf and go carts, kayaking, biking, scenic boat and airplane tours, scuba and snorkeling, sailing, and many more are a few of the activities you can get into. Neatly, there are four championship courses nearby to challenge the golfer with the greatest finesse. North Shore Country Club is one of the clubs that is only a 5-minute drive.

Come vacation on Topsail’s 26-mile long barrier island like no other in the world, the last of the rural beaches, where you families can gain the best memories. You will be glad you did!

Fun fact… Lucky vacationers walking on the beach between July and October might spot the signs and pink borderlines of a turtle nest about to hatch. Turtle project volunteers prepare the nesting area for the emerging turtles by creating smooth runaways in the sand and clearing the area of obstacles. At night, trained volunteers sit by these nests and await the actual hatching, as well as advise nearby homeowners to shield their lights, in order for the turtles to aim for the ocean and newly made driveways and away from stray light.

Excellent from top to bottom

I had never been to Topsail and Villa By the Sea DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! It is evident from the condition of the home that the owner is very intentional about the decorating and all the other amenities from top to bottom. Beginning with my email exchange before the stay to her property manager meeting me at property when I checked in and checked out, this was a wonderful experience. The home was spotless and I loved how all the light/fan/outlet switches were labelled. The linens were in seals bags from the rental agency, which was also nice. I could not ask for anything more in a beach rental!!! ”
