The weather was amazing, the help Tanya and Solos were always available to help. we all used the pool every day and each of the well appointed seating areas We explored the area to find wonderful eating and adventure areas and could have used a list of these with some details. ”

The facility, the staff (Saul and his wife) are second to none, and the house amenities, supplies, and overall beauty are outstanding. the negatives are that while the home is only about 75 miles from the airport the trip is 4 hours during rush hour because of construction and you are taking your rental car and your well being in jeopardy trying to weave through the kamikasi pilots transgressing from 4 lanes to one. as a result , sight seeing back to the canal or panama City are out of the question. Not much to do there and the ocean is really not for swimming. But for a relaxing get away with beautiful accommodations, surroundings and fantastic help it is fantastic. We very much enjoyed the week.”

Perfect Christmas

The home was fantastic. Saul and Tania were very helpful. Tania made us breakfast and dinner most days and it was always excellent. Saul was always around to help with anything. He even filled up a flat tire with air for me. It is a great place to bring a large group. We would definitely stay here again!”

Wonderful house and host

Fernando was a very gracious and responsive host, as were his onsite staff. The outdoor area is amazing with multiple pools, sitting areas and incredible landscaping. The house sets up very well for large groups. The expats in the neighboring area bring in a good selection of grocery stores and restaurants. Beaches and ocean are just fair -gray sand and water. Weather in that specific area is dryer and less humid. ”

This was my second trip to Punta Barco and it was great. The house is amazing and the staff are very helpful. (Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to a medical situation back home, however my guests stayed and had a fantastic time). Fernando was as gracious as always. The location is perfect: an easy drive out of Panama City, but far from any crowds. The complex is very private and quiet. perfect for early morning walks! Thank you so much Fernando, I hope to come back!”

San Carlos Panama

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, a two hour drive from the airport. The outdoor space is truly amazing with several options for seating and relaxing in the pool. The house has every amenity and comfort. The beach is close and easy to access, either by walking or driving the Kawasaki provided. There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding towns but there’s hardly any reason to leave the pool and the beach! It’s a quiet, sunny, beautiful place to relax and connect with loved ones. The home owner is wonderful....helpful, kind and generous....as are his employees, Saul and Tania. We would love to visit again! ”

Lovely Villa with lots of room, especially great for kids!

Located about 1.5 hours from the PTY airport, Fernando's Villa includes a trampoline and a spectacular series of swimming pools. It is in a gated community, with beach access and a large beach club that is convenient for lunch. The area is very quiet, and perfect for early morning or late afternoon strolls. The Villa is large, with lots of areas to socialize, or rest in solitude. (There is even a extensive audio/visual/bar room which we didn't use!). A 10 minute drives brings you to the Coronado area, where I recommend the restaurant Luna Rossa, which serves excellent Italian dinner in a friendly, family run environment. Also closely are grocery stores to stock up on supplies. Fernando is very helpful with pre arrival information and his staff keeps the Villa spotless. I would definitely come back for another week! We had a great stay at Punta Barco Paradise. The staff was very helpful, which we appreciated because the house is a bit far from local amenities. We would recommend renting a car. The house itself is very well maintained and spacious. Fernando and his wife were attentive to our needs, and wonderful hosts overall. ”

Paradise at it's best!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed so far using 3rd home as the club provides such lovely properties. The owner was so helpful as this was our first time to Panama and were not familiar with the Country so it was wonderful to have the information he provided promptly each time we had a question. The home was lovely especially the outdoor living areas, perfect weather and a great staff, it was a very nice relaxing place to be and wish we could have had a few friends or family, it was just the 2 of us and the house is set up for very large groups. We would definately like to return and bring friends and family with us! Thanks for a wonderful experience! ”
