October 2022Once in a Lifetime
The Reef Atlantis should be experienced by all due to it's breathtaking views, variety of awesome restaurants and the friendly service given by the staff.”

April 2021Great spot inside a sprawling resort
Very nice and well located studio inside the sprawling Atlantis property, with easy access to pools, spa, gym and many restaurants and bars. Due to Corona, several parts of the resort were closed but there was more than enough to see and do during our visit. Hosts were very helpful and involved to ensure travel to and from was not overly restricted and were very helpful in everything to do with our stay!”

June 2018The Reef - Great!
We had a great time at the Reed Atlantis. The room was nice and had enough room for my family of 4 to stay in. When we booked it said the room would have a King bed and a sleeper sofa. For some reason we had 2 queens in the room. It would have been disappointing for the bed arrangement change if it was just my wife and I but since we had our 2 young kids it worked out fine for us. The daily resort fee of $80 at the Reef is excessive considering it is 1/2 that at all the other towers on property. We had an amazing time on this family vacation and will definitely return. ”

May 2018Clean but dated.
The Reef was nice with mostly friendly people. The room #9925 seems dated to me, oldish furniture and the bed was horribly noisy every time you tried to get in or out. Great having the shuttle buses! The property was very clean and the beach was beautiful!”

Spectacular ocean, pool, resort & Dolphin Cay view! Loved just sitting on the balcony. Staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of choices for meals, but Nobu was outstanding. Shuttle service to other buildings within resort.”

May 2017Family Vacation
My Third Home membership was able to secure four condo units at the Reef for a family vacation, of five adults and two children. We have all been to Atlantis and Reef many times this trip by far was the best! Weather was perfection, rooms were all very nice, and well equipped. Reef services and people are awesome. With two grandchildren 3 and 4 years we were busy everyday at both indoor and outdoor aquariums, dinners every night out with the big kids. Our favorite was Nubo. The overall property was perfection. Already planning return in October. Great job ThirdHome, Reef and Atlantis ”

January 2017Perfect!
We have stayed at The Reef many times and the rooms are just perfect. They have the added advantage of you being able to cook a little breakfast and keep some drinks, (usually wine!) in the fridge. Great views and spacious studio. ”

October 2016Great times at Atlantis
We sent our account and his fiancé for an after tax season relaxing time. They enjoyed everything Atlantis had to offer. Swimming with the Dolphins, gambling (they won!), and of course eating. Many thanks to the staff for showing them a wonderful time. Thanks, Rusty”

June 2016Studio at the Reef
One star off for expensive daily access fee of $75, for which one receives the usual hotel service package that is generally $25-$30 elsewhere. Notwithstanding, the place is exceptionally clean and well staffed, comfortable. This unit is a studio lock-off so don't plan to cook other than make coffee or sandwiches. There is a galley kitchen but who wants to struggle with that? The Atlantis mega-resort is adjacent with frequent shuttles or an easy 10 minute walk to the casino. The Cain adults only pool/beach/outdoor casino/restaurant is a welcome respite from the noisy and kid filled Atlantis, if you're looking for that.”

May 2016The Reef Atlantis IS paradise!
We stayed at The Reef from May 7-14, 2016 and LOVED IT. The Luxury Studio available through 3rd Home is just amazing. It’s spacious, comfortable, and clean and has (obviously) a great view of the ocean. The room has great amenities – bath amenities, robes and slippers. Also, it was really nice to have a fully equipped kitchen with (Starbucks) coffee & tea, microwave, fridge, etc. – just missing a corkscrew for the wine! There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby, so you can get your coffee fix any time. There’s also a small convenience store in the lobby. The hotel is great and there’s so much to do for people of all ages. The water park is fun, the beaches are amazing and the Cascades pool and lounge chairs at The Reef are THE BEST compared to the other hotels! We recommend eating at the restaurants in the Marina Village instead of the ones inside the hotel and getting a table early (6 pm) or around 8:30 pm so you can sit outside, where it’s quieter (restaurants can get very loud!). Also, DO have dinner at Café Martinique and at Dune over at The One & Only Ocean Club! It’s well worth it. Dressing up for dinner is recommended. You can charge everything to your room (showing your room key), so you don’t have to walk around the resort with money or your credit card. If you want to head off property one day for lunch, there’s a famous restaurant just across the bridge (walking distance) called The Poop Deck. We have a pretty good lunch there, overlooking the marina and the Atlantis. We would definitely come back another time. ”

March 2016Luxury Suite at the Reef Atlantis was Luxurious
What a wonderful place to stay! The water view suite at the Reef was perfect for my wife and I. We'd not been back to Nassau in over 25 years (a cruise stop) so this was our first Atlantis experience. Water park was great fun, and plenty else to do from golf, to snorkeling, to art classes, to casino and wonderful meals. The "reef owner" access to the health club and exclusive pools and poolside gaming tables made the week all the more enjoyable.”

October 2014Paradise Discovered
Our stay at The Reef was Atlantis was absolutely phenomenal. Our accommodations were perfect in every regard and they exceeded our expectations. The food was superb and the activities were just to many to list but the water park was fabulous. The Leap of Faith and The Abyss are two things you must try regardless of age. It was like being a kid again. But the most important aspect of out vacation was how the Bohemian people treat their quest. They always smile and can call you by name. They are a very proud but humble people. They say that their parents teach them that Atlantis is their heritage and they treat it as such. Everyone is happy and treated with the utmost respect during their stay. Thank you Atlantis Staff. Look for us again soon. The Moody's ”

September 2014Perfect for a couples get away.
The condo was very nice and had a great view. We had great weather and empty beaches. The staff was nice and getting around was easy. Trip advisor had many helpful hints. There is free laundry on the 2nd floor with a small but decent gym. Coffee was in room but there is a starbucks below with food and drink. Nobu's was a hit and we enjoyed some of the pool bars. I would stay there again and do it doing hurricane season with fewer clouds and hope for good weather like we had.”

September 2014The resort is fabulous
We had a wonderful time at the Reef Atlantis. The accommodations were five star and so was the service. The resort is fabulous with many great pools, lazy rivers, restaurants and a beautiful ocean with sand beach. This time of year is quiet at Atlantis, as it is there off season. This worked out well for my elderly parents since there were no crowds to contend with during our stay. I highly recommend staying at the luxurious Reef Atlantis.”

May 2014location is perfect!
Just stayed at the Reef Atlantis - a perfectly located condo, with full access to the all Atlantis activities and Cove Pool. We took full advantage of most everything even if we only got to stay for 4 nights. Condo was beautiful and centrally located to everything! Thanks 3rd home!”

August 2013Beautiful, first class property
Had a great week at Atlantis. We were able to do several activities including swimming with the dolphins in deep water (highly recommended), feeding the stingrays, and the sea lion experience. One thing I did not do but should have is schedule ground transportation, restaurant reservations, and activities through Iona at the owner services desk before we arrived. She is super nice and did a fantastic job for us once we were at the resort. Contact her at least 3 days before you arrive to get airport transportation that will take you to the Reef directly without stopping at other buildings. I wanted to snorkel the ruins but it was sold out. We liked the restaurants Dune and Mesa. The Reef and the Cove are the nicest buildings at Atlantis and there is a great, quiet pool that restricts access to residents of those two buildings. The Reef is all privately owned condos which can be rented to non owners when the owners are not in residence. Our studio was very comfortable and spacious for the four of us with a two burner stove, small fridge, and dishwasher. We brought a box of cereal and ate breakfast in every day while enjoying coffee on the balcony with a fantastic view. The staff and service is 5 star and we never left the resort, there was more than enough to do on site. The room is cleaned daily, and Starbucks coffee provided.”

The Reef Atlantis is an amazing property with enough to do within walking distance to consume at least a week. The Studio was beautiful and the service was fantastic. If you have kids, this is definitely the place to come! I highly recommend it! ”

June 2013Fantastic
We loved our stay at the Reefs. This was our family's first visit to Atlantis. The resort is truly a top shelf experience. Lots of activities, excellent food and lovely pools and beaches. The room at the Reefs made it even nicer. The building is new and beautiful with large, well-appointed rooms, and the pool exclusive to the Reefs was a welcome respite when the crowds got large at the main Atlantis pool. The private beach was a great amenity as well. We stayed in the room with our 2 teenagers and the studio kitchen worked great so that we could eat all our breakfasts and most of our lunches on the balcony overlooking the turquoise waters ocean waters. A big thumbs up on the entire experience. ”
