Villa La Nuvola

Located in an exclusive gated community, this 6,458 square foot beach house offers five bedrooms and a relaxing retreat for guests. Seven beaches in the Philippines can all be found between three and ten minutes of the house, each featuring its own unique characteristics.

The Villa is decorated with chic, elegant beach furniture offering guests both a high-end and laid-back retreat. The home is meant to be utilized as an indoor/outdoor home with sliding doors opening the living room up to the backyard.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with access to the balcony facing the sea. Children's bedroom has four full-sized bunk beds. Guests can expect to wake up to spectacular sea views in the morning and wind down to the glow of the world-famous Philippine sunset from the balcony. In addition, the 3 guest bedrooms offer one king sized bed in Alba room. The main bedroom, children’s bedroom and the Alba guest room are located in the main house.

The guest villa houses the larger guest rooms, Tramonto and Ruggiada. Both rooms are mirror images of each other and just a few steps away from the pool and garden. Two sets of queen-sized beds are in guest room as well as an anteroom with a full-sized bed with an option for privacy via a sliding door in between the main room and the ante-room.

Spend your days lounging around the large salt water pool or enjoy picnics in the garden and at the beach. Dine al-fresco for breakfast or dinner and enjoy lawn activities (bocce or boule, touch football, badminton).

The gated community has 7 beaches within the property which provides endless hours of sun-bathing, beach swims, picnics. A boat may be hired for cove hopping, fish-feeding, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and other sport activities.

The town (Nasugbu) itself provides the local flavor especially if one ventures into the local market for fresh fruits, seafood and handicrafts. Just haggle to get best prices. The town is famous for its local bread called pan de sal with malunggay(moringa), freshly baked daily and is great on its own, dipped in coffee or tea and can be filled with sweet or savory items. Another must try is local cofffee called barako which can is freshly roasted and ground in the local market. Very robust coffee and best taken black to experience its flavor. It is also taken with milk and sugar or with condensed milk.

Tagaytay is a city an hour away and is a local favorite for a quick break from the city. It is known for Taal Lake and Volcano , the world’s smallest active volcano which sits in a lake. The ridge has hundreds of restaurants facing the spectacular view of the lake and volcano and offers dining options from local fare to cafes and multi-awarded chef-owned restaurants. Villa La Nuvola is located in Nasugbu, which is two hours from the bustling capital of the Philippines, Manila. A day trip to the city starts and ends with shopping -local and international designer brands, home items made from capiz, mother of pearl, Carabao horn, local piña fabric, rattan, south sea pearls. A quick wed search will yield hundreds of dining options to suit one’s taste. Museums and art galleries abound as well as parks and historical sites.
