The condo rental comes with the use of our 6 seater golf cart and our full time housekeeper (Mon – Fri 9-5 and Sat 9-1). She comes daily to clean but can also prepare breakfast and lunch or an afternoon snack. You would pay for the cost of the groceries for any food she prepares and a tip is customary at the end of your stay.

This is a quiet community and as a guest you would agree to respect all community rules including the noise limits and the 10 pm to 8 am quiet hours. THERE IS ALSO A MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS ALLOWED PER THE HOA. The maximum guest limit as well as quiet hours are enforced by the HOA, management company and security gate.

There is a pool in front of our building (building #2) for the use of the 8 condos in our building. There is also a pool at the Hacienda de Mita (HDM) beach club which is one building over from our condo and is for the use of anyone staying in the condo development. The beach club has a pool, hot tub, restrooms and a shaded palapa area. From there you can also walk through a secured gate into the small village (El Anclote) where there are 8-10 restaurants on the beach. We walk to dinner in the village almost every day.

A flat per-person fee will be charged by the club once per rental stay, for stays of up to 30 days.
● Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge =USD $66.70
● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge =USD $40.20
● Children under 5: No charge
● The fee must be paid prior to arrival via a payment link that would be provided to you.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee Includes the four community beach clubs:
The Pacifico Beach Club is the original Beach Club in Punta Mita and is for the use of anyone staying at a residence (not the Hotels) within the gated development of Punta Mita. It has a full restaurant/bar and 2 pools it is next to the Four Seasons.

The Kupuri Beach club is the largest and nicest of the beach clubs. It has a huge 50+ yard infinity pool, restaurant, kids area, multiple points of sale for food and beverages, spa area, gift shop and a lot of lounge chairs on the beach. Kupuri has a soft sand beach and is excellent for boogie boarding, sea kayaking etc

There is a beach club in front of Sufi Restaurant at Play Fortuna. It is called Sufi Ocean Club. This club features an oceanside infinity pool and a small restaurant. There are many lounge chairs and covered Cabana style beds in the sand surrounding the pool. The view is beautiful. Please note, that there are many rocks and boulders by the ocean here, so there is no access from the pool to the ocean. There is a pier here with a platform where you can launch a paddle board etc.

El Surf Club is a beach club with access to the La Lancha surf break. It is the furthest beach club from our condo, but you can still go there in the golf cart and it is within the gates of Punta Mita. This club does not have a pool, but has many lounge chairs on the beach, restrooms and a restaurant and bar.

Lastly, many guests ask if they can use the pools at The Four Seasons and The St. Regis. The Four Seasons does not allow outside guests. The St. Regis allows guests to use their beach club, but they also have a minimum spend requirement. The current fee as of January 2026 is $85 per adult and $45 per child which they will credit toward food and beverage purchases. The St. Regis can change this fee at any time. It is best to have our concierge call ahead and make a reservation for you. They deny access if the Hotel is busy or for events.

We have the premier golf membership so you would have access to both Jack Nicklaus golf courses and the Fitness and tennis center (subject to guest hours). There are fees to golf, and for guest use of the tennis and fitness centers.
