Beautiful surroundings and excellent attentive service. Only negative was sky high food prices. Example- two hamburgers and two milk shakes were $81”

April 2022Be careful going to Vidanta Cancun
The trolleys were unbearable, slow, long, and late. Delivery service from the Jade market took 3 hours, we were told to wait in our room for it. C trolley was late, eliminating our availability to catch the shuttle to Playa Del Carmen, resulting in us paying for taxis. The sales office is relentless, DO NOT get involved with them. They lie, they put up "smoke and mirrors" anything to get you to sign for a timeshare. Beaches were a mess. Guests we expected to stand in line for an hour to get a seat at the pool! Dinner reservations had to be made 24 hours in advance, for their so called discounts. Coupons they promise are useless. They require way too much control over you, for you to enjoy what they offer.”
