Like our own owners, visiting THIRDHOME members pay the daily usage fees and gratuity fees directly to the Resort, as follows:
Effective January 1, 2024, Daily Usage fee for two (2) bedroom Owners, a $62.00 per night will be applied. Daily Gratuities of $40.00 will apply. Should occupancy exceed four (4) persons, an additional $10.00 per person, per day will be applied.
Housekeeping services will be scheduled accordingly during your visit.

Effective April 24, 2025, check-in and check-out will be Friday-Friday.

This property is on a cliff overlooking the beautiful blue ocean. We were on the first floor with a hot tub on our porch and about 100 yards from the gym and the residences pool and hot-tub and just up the stairs from the beach. Really nice.. People working at resort very friendly and helpful. All one might want but do know that this is not fancy or up to date like a 4 seasons or Rosewood property. It is a nice family resort likely built about 30 years ago. Spacious and well equipped apartment with firepits right outside overlooking the water add to the amenities as well as a nice lounge upstairs and gym and restaurants etc. all very nice.. But not high end luxury. We were very happy here”
