Fun in the sun

The Rosewood Golf villas are amazing. The team there took care care of us and have to give a shout out to JJ who drove us to dinner off property because the taxi was taking too long. He went above and beyond and was always such a pleasure to see everyday. The villa was very spacious and clean with great views. The resort is expansive with tons to do … golf, tennis, private beach club, water sports and fantastic restaurant and bars. Definitely get a golf cart for the week to go from place to place. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to go back. Thank you !!”

We couldn't have picked a better spot. The villa is beautifully decorated and has a phenomenal view. It is best to get a golf cart to toodle around the resort, which is quite large. The beach is gorgeous, food at every restaurant is really yummy, the spa is fabulous, and we loved the tennis. We aren't golfers so can't comment on the course except to say it is beautifully maintained. Can't wait to return.”

Villas at Rosewood in Bermuda

Lovely facility with equally lovely people! Loved this end of the island: easy access to airport and numerous sites and restaurants. Enjoyed getting around on the golf carts - made it easy to get to the beach and tennis. Terry and Ashley at the tennis venue were fantastic. JJ and James as our "butlers" made quite a team and were a pleasure to see every day - making our transportation with cabs a dream. Speaking of transportation, it's easy to get around with cabs but expensive. We did get a bus pass and this made it much less expensive - although the #1 Bus which goes to Tucker's Point has limited route times. Some suggestions to improve the experience at the Villas: more options for room cleaning as we certainly didn't need it daily yet had to pay for it daily with an additional $110 cost + the $36 cost on the last day. It would be nice to provide water and sunscreen at the pool. Concierge folks were lovely although some misinformation (you SHOULD have a reservation for the Crystal Caves), a misstep on a restaurant reservation, and some lack of property awareness. Hotel restaurants are of the highest quality (great drinks, superb (expensive) Cesear salad) and well-trained bartenders. Beach services were also attentive. It was a very enjoyable trip!”

Lovely Stay

Sparkling clean and beautiful villa, with access to the wonderful beach club ... a magical stay, and we hope to return soon. Rent a golf cart to get around the resort, have the villa stocked with food, and take the easy-to-use bus system to get around the area (or a taxi). Bermuda is truly lovely, as are all the people we encountered, including the excellent staff.”

A lovely Bermuda stay

A year ago my wife and I, along with another couple, stayed at the Rosewood Golf Villas in January. We expected erratic weather conditions, and that was in fact the case. In addition the Rosewood hotel was undergoing renovations. Although the Beach Club was not in operation, we loved the accommodations. We always set our expectations low for weather in Bermuda, and despite the rain and wind we had a good time and were eager to return. The apartment that awaited us this year had been freshly painted, the makeover of the hotel complete, and the resort was in full operational mode. The weather was sunny, the Beach Club in full swing, and we had an opportunity to experience the best of Bermuda. The operation of the Golf Villas is outstanding, providing top-notch service from the front desk to the concierge staff. The apartment is spacious, bright and cheery, The Beach Club is stunning with a smooth white/pink sandy beach and a soothing infinity pool. The golf course is fun to play and has some great views. It is not a top-of-the-line layout and the greens were not rolling particularly smoothly, but the course was fun to play nonetheless. Bermuda is an expensive place from a dining or transportation perspective, and if you are looking for a cheap island experience, you will feel the pinch, whether you are eating at the resort, taking a taxi for dinner out or ordering groceries from the market. For us it was worth the expense because Bermuda's people are extraordinarily friendly, the setting is absolutely gorgeous and the island provides an ambiance that is one-of-a-kind. Incredible resort , amazing experience!,,

This property totally exceeded our expectations. It is an amazing resort with incredible amenities! The restaurants , golf courses , tennis and landscapes are outstanding as is the lovely and attentive staff. We have a home on 30-A in the Florida panhandle so considers ourselves beach conniseurs..... the beach at the Rosewood is the most beautiful we have ever seen. We highly recommend this property and hope to have the opportunity to come again. ”

Fantastic Resort!

We really enjoyed the Golf Villas at the Rosewood Bermuda resort. The unit was fantastic with great views and it was well appointed. The entire staff was gracious and seemed genuinely interested in making our trip a great one. The various pools throughout the resort were great and the beach resort was hard to beat. The proximity to the hotel amenities were also a great benefit for us as we enjoyed using the fitness center each day as well as the restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to going again if the opportunity presents itself.”

Great way to explore Bermuda

Tucker's Point Golf Villas have incredible views of Bermuda. The staff are very friendly as are almost everyone on the island. The villas are a bit remote - you need to take a taxi if you want to eat "off-premise". Renting a golf cart is a good idea - the beach club is over 1 mile away from the golf villas. The dive shop on-site has good options for boat rentals, etc. Consider renting one of the new electric "cars" (they are called Twizys) - a bit safe than renting scooters!”

Fabulous property and resort and amazing staff!!!

The property was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Highlights are: -great pool with small bar close by -renting a golf cart and going to the resort's 5-star beach club -renting a boat at the resort and exploring the bays and beaches of Bermuda -awesome deck with insane views Being is Bermuda is awesome, but it is the people there that make it extraordinary! The staff at the Golf Villas was AMAZING!!! They are the best! Thank you!!!”

Tucker's Point Golf Villas

We made our first trip to Tucker's Point in early May 2016. It is a great location for golfers, as you can drive your golf cart (that you rent) to either Tucker's Point course or famed Mid-Ocean (where you can play on Monday, Wednesday and Friday) in about 5 minutes. The beach club (also about 5 minutes) has a beautiful beach and nice restaurant for casual lunch or dinner overlooking the ocean. The villas are in very good condition, but with variable views depending upon which villa is assigned to you. We did have an issue with musty odors in the initial unit at the basement level of the Nonesuch building, but they were able to move us the next day to another villa. The concierges provided excellent service. Be aware that while there are several dining options on property (with the golf cart), going further out to other parts of Bermuda from Tucker's Point which is on one end of the island will require expensive cab fares (no rental cars allowed in Bermuda). Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, and it is very easy to fly to Bermuda from NYC.”

Beautiful Bermuda

We had a wonderful time at Tuckers Point in Bermuda! The facility was outstanding and the views from the villa and just about anywhere you went were really breath taking. Definitely a bucket-list trip! I was not happy about all the extra fees with this villa, but the service was amazing so I can't really complain. Transportation in Bermuda is challenging!! We spent the week on a scooter which was both adventurous and terrifying. But our memories are priceless! Thank you 3rd Home for another great vacation!”

We enjoyed a fabulous week in the golf villas at Tuckers Point. The bell staff is exceptional, SulVerde is as an outstanding restaurant and The Pointe is very enjoyable for a romantic dinner. I strongly suggest renting a golf cart for the week to travel Around the property.”

Absolutely spectacular villa with beautiful views. Service there was amazing. My only complaint was on checkout there are so many fees that we were unaware of. Daily maid service on us (at our property we pay for cleaning when we bank weeks so therefore we paid for cleaning twice), taxes and daily gratuities added, etc. I would love to return but now know what to expect at checkout - a hefty sum!!!”

Another great third home property

A great property with excellent onsite resort amenities (restaurants, golf, tennis, fitness, pools, etc). The unit is well appointed and spacious with a large kitchen and dining area, two private bedrooms, great balcony and private outside dining area (with bbq) overlooking the sound. Multiple pools (two on property), another two at the rosewood hotel and two more overlooking the private beach club with a beautiful sandy beach and exceptional ocean views. From a dining perspective multiple onsite options including fine and casual dining. Both the management and concierge team were attentive to our needs from the time of booking to departure. A thank-you to all for making this vacation an enjoyable experience. ”

We had never been to Bermuda before and our trip was lovely. The Island is beautiful, the accommodations are first class and our host was extremely helpful prior to our trip. We made all the arrangements for pick-up from and to the airport through the concierge service at Tuckers Point and they were extremely helpful with reservations for dinner both on property and off. We rented mopeds, toured the highlights of the island and enjoyed the beautiful beaches. It was not the most perfect weather, it was a bit cool and we did experience some rain, as we went in March. We were told the best times to go to Bermuda start in the middle of April and go through October. But the weather did not affect our trip at all. We loved it, and felt that we got great value from the experience. One big joy was the friendliness of the staff as well as the people of Bermuda. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. My husband and I do not play golf, and this is a gorgeous golf course so if you do play golf, don't miss the chance of playing at Tuckers Point. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an easy get away. Keep in mind there are fees for both housekeeping and gratuities for the staff that are billed daily. They are more than fair, but I wanted to point this out to anyone who might not read the small print. All in all, we had a wonderful time.”
